NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE 6/23/2021!
The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

Welcome to Latitude 29 where unit #16 is waiting for you!

If you are looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place directly on the Gulf with all the amenities, you have made a smart decision in choosing unit #17 any season of the year.

Unit #16 is located in the middle pod of the pool level where you will walk directly out onto the pool deck from your patio door and see a beautiful white beach and sparkling blue water. This unit has a gorgeous king sized bedroom suite with an attached (one of two) private bath. It has a comfy queen sized sofa bed in the living room and two bunks in the hall to comfortably sleep six. You will also find a well equipped kitchen with granite cabinet top and bar so meals can be made or you are only steps away from the covered customized charcoal grilling area. There are also seafood restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Two TVs and wireless internet are also furnished. Don't forget to enjoy your balcony view of the sunset and sparkling blue water.

Oceanfront condo with pool

Great place to stay. Condo very nice and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. A/C kept us very comfortable even with the hot outside temperatures. Linens supplied. King bed very comfortable. Very convenient to grocery store, drug store and restaurants.

Panama City Beach Family Trip 2023

The Latitude 29 Condos are in an excellent location on the "quieter" side of Panama City Beach. We love this Gulf front location with pool, hot tub, and chairs/tables on pool deck overlooking the water. We used the on-site grills and loved the outdoor "kitchen" space. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals, hang out, play games, and sleep comfortably. We hope to return next year!

Lattitude 29 and Helen

Lattitude 29 is the best place to stay on the beach. The only two negative comments would be the pool area is loosing a large amount of lounging chairs. I think they are failing with age and just not being replaced. Also the grilling area had only two grills that could be used. One was missing the top and full of water. Again, love this place but some of the Home owners association members I feel are running the place down by not replacing items that have been present for over 25 plus years that we have been attending. Helen with Vrbo is an awesome agent! Will answer and address calls anytime!

Perfect getaway

The location and property was amazing. There was a maintenance issue with a leak in our kitchen ceiling and master bedroom ceiling caused by the condo above but the property manager Helen was on top of it the whole time. Had crews over right away and stayed in constant contact. Went above and beyond to make sure our vacation remained exactly that a vacation.

We’ve stayed in better

We’ve been coming to Latitude for 9 years now and this was the first unit we were disappointed with. This unit needs some serious TLC. A barstool was wobbly, the fridge makes a loud noise frequently, the dishwasher is not sturdy, the master tub/shower backs up very badly so you’re standing in ankle deep water while bathing. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay set cold despite our keeping the unit doors closed. Helen is very responsive but do feel like these things need to be addressed before we would return to this particular unit. The location can’t be beat though!!

Great spot

We have been staying at Latitude multiple times a year for 7 years now. We love it. You cannot beat the location, quiet beach, small complex, no crowds. This unit was good. Loved being right by the pool, love having washer and dryer in unit, also having a traditional coffee pot option in cabinet instead of just Keurig is appreciated. We had everything we needed. Helen was also very quick to respond and was very accommodating when we needed her help. My one issue with this unit is the programmable thermostat. It is on a schedule, so quite often reverts back to being set on 78 degrees. You have to keep an eye on it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

We love staying here.

We love staying here because it isn’t a high rise and it isn’t crowded and very laid back part of the beach. We have been staying here for about five years and absolutely love it. It isn’t fancy but clean and perfect for our family of five.

Not like old times

Ive been coming to Lat 21 for 15 years . It just didnt feel the same as before without management onsite. Cindy and her husband provided friendly care and kept up the condos much better. The condo was filthy. Things were broke. Toilet paper holder. Kitchen was disgusting. Dishwasher fell out. etc etc etc. Just truly disappointed in overall health of the condo. oven was terrible. Fridge made a loud noise every hour on the hour. I will not be staying in this condo again. Floors nasty.

Family Vacation

We had a great trip. I loved the location, the short walk to the beach, the view of the pool and the quiet. It was a perfect trip and wish I didn’t have to leave. This was the perfect place. We stayed ground floor with the pool right outside and it was great. I was worried it would be loud but it wasn’t. I could go on and on.

Wishing it was like before

Latitude doesn’t disappoint, but booking has become more difficult since the on-site property management was eliminated. We book 6-7 units when our family congregates for thanksgiving every year, and it’s difficult dealing with so many different agencies. Helen Phillips I think manages this one and she is great. Very responsive. But I can’t say that for the others. Fees and rules have become the norm. Especially with regard to the parking situation, we were made to feel like intruders instead of paying guests.
