Very nice for the price

Older condo but well maintained and clean. Very spacious. Right on the beach. Comfortable bed. Large bedroom and very large common area.

Relaxing on the beach!!

We had fun! Nice people. Relaxing! Good area on the beach, away from the huge crowds. Nice Condo in general but really needs cosmetic updating. Cosmetic updating, would probably be fairly cheap to update....like new carpet......(very stained-dirty looking.) Re-do patio flooring outside. ### Priority Suggestions at the least, for the Condo should, at the least, have these following "necessities" for your renters: More hangers, a couple small beach chairs, some coasters to protect your tables, better vacuuming or replace carpet, very soiled; some plastic beach glasses, ice trays, and tupperware for leftovers! Lastly, an emergency phone number with a small list of "close by" stuff, like: The closest walk-in clinic with ph. number for injuries/medical issues; name and address of the closest grocery store and beer/liquor store. Name and address of closest restaurants and fun bars, and a few names of the closest fun places to go to!

Great beach condo!

Came for a few nights after Universal Studio Orlando for some R&R. This place was perfect! Away from the high rises and crowds but still close enough to nightlife, family fun spots and great restaurants. Management was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Go somewhere else if you want honesty

This unit worked for what we needed last minute yet the unit was very dirty and I was charged for services not provided. VRBO likes to charge you fees even when you book through a different company. I had no communication with VRBO yet they want a service fee. Such a ridiculous scam.

Dirty and Broken

We usually love staying in this complex however, this unit in particular was not well kept. The dryer was broken, the stove was broken, the lightbulbs were burnt out, the bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet tank lid was broken, and the sink faucet didn't work. The living room rug was obviously stained and dirty. This unit needs some maintenance and it needs a deep cleaning. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Needs TLC

This property has good possibilities but has lots of things that need attention. Not clean. Run down. Out dated. Broken knobs and lamps. Needs "major" renovations. The threshold going out onto the balcony is a hazard as it sticks up about 4" and there is a TV cable laying loose in front of it. My wife and I both tripped over it going in and out of the balcony.

Awful place and it was disgusting- I am supposed to get my cleaning fee refunded. When will that happen?

Disappointed

Light on porch electrically shorted out, smoked. Patio Door unreasonably hard to use. TV had 7 remotes! Bathroom fan extremely noisy. Refrigerator was not cold. smoke alarm inoperable on arrival. just about all lamps had no switch, had to plug and unplug at each use. no paper towels. extremely rusty patio table. bedding was inadequate, asked for blankets and never got them. property grossly in need of updating and repair. We have vacationed here for years, we have never experienced such a sad, in need of care property before.

On the beach

Great location in an older condo on the beach. We enjoyed having a kitchen, washer/dryer. A few items need to be addressed: The dishwasher needs to be secured because when you open the door, the whole unit comes out. The lamp & ceiling fan in the queen bedroom aren’t working, and the rugs have stains. Other than this, we were very comfortable & happy with our stay!
