Villa Rose is a completely remodeled luxury beach home with a large private heated saltwater pool, hot tub with flowing waterfalls surrounded by a spacious yard and outdoor kitchen that includes a green egg, gas grill, large outdoor television and wood burning fireplace. Double wrap around porches provide ample space to relax in a chair, swing bed or hammock and enjoy the Gulf Breeze. Inside you will enjoy a gourmet open concept kitchen with Premium Dacor Appliances. Downstairs has a huge Master bedroom with a King Bed and a spacious master bath with soaking tub, walk in shower and a walk in master closet with built ins. Upstairs is a large loft area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a large Flat Screen TV. 3 additional bedrooms upstairs include 2 King Beds and a Bunk Room with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Twin Beds along with 2 full bathrooms. Bikes, Beach Cabana, Latte Machine, Corn Hole, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Sand Toys, 2 Beach Wagons all provided to make your beach vacation enjoyable. Villa Rose is located between 2 of the most attractive areas of the coveted East End of 30A. Rosemary, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Kaia, and The HUB are all within 1-2 miles of the home and are easy to access by walking or biking. The distance is just over 100 yards or a short 2 minute walk to beautiful deeded beach access. The spacious yard is the perfect size for a game of corn hole or to let the kids run. Villa Rose is outfitted with every amenity that you will need. Beach Chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, beach cabana and a beach wagon are all provided to let you begin relaxing and enjoying your stay upon arrival. An additional ice machine is provided to allow for more ice for coolers.
Babies/Small Children- Pack and Play with Sheets available, High Chair available. Bunk room has built in USB ports for technology.
The home is conveniently 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach or West, towards Destin. We are absolutely thrilled to announce there has also been a huge development built at the intersection of Watersound Parkway and Highway 98 (approximately 2 or 3 miles from the house). The development includes a new Publix which has a pharmacy and liquor store, a charming open air gathering spot used for Farmers Market and other family entertainment and plenty of new casual and high end restaurants.
October-April stays will have a pool charge of $100 per day if heating of the pool is requested. Please inquire with any questions.
This property is available for long term rental.

This was our second time staying at Villa Rose. We had a wonderful stay again and would absolutely come back. The location was one of the biggest highlights—it felt perfectly situated, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Getting around was easy, and we loved how convenient it was to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.The backyard was another standout feature. It was spacious, well-kept, and such a great place to unwind after a day out or enjoy a day in the sun.Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made sure everything went smoothly.

Ideal for extended family trip

Villa Rose was perfect for our two daughters and their families to stay for Thanksgiving. The 8 of us could not have asked for a more comfortable home or a better location. We were minutes away from so many places we wanted to visit. The beach is just steps away with the most beautiful sand & surf. We will definitely book Villa Rose again.

Fall Break

We’ve stayed in the 30A area for years, and this is by far our favorite property. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, and the property managers were immediately available and responsive to our questions. We would absolutely recommend this property, and plan to stay there again.

BEAUTIFUL property!!!

The experience overall was incredible. Could not have picked a better place to stay! You’re super close to Aly’s beach and the Rosemary beach area. And only a 5 minute drive from Publix! Highly recommend :)

Stunning

Wife, kids and friends stayed during fall break. Beautiful stunning place, which was very clean. Amazing outdoor pool spa area is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. It is also in the perfect spot being about 1.5 miles to the hub and same distance opposite way to rosemary. Beach access takes about 3 min from door to sand walking and no wrist bands needed!!! Will definitely stay again and have been to area at least 10 times.

Amazing time!

We had the best time staying at Villa Rose. Katie and Chris are great owners and we’re very responsive. The house is beautiful and well stocked. It’s a very short walk to the beach. It’s located between Seagrove and Aly’s beach so it’s convenient to many restaurants and shopping. There’s also a brand new Public located near by. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank Chris and Katie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful rental. We had the beast time.

Wonderful Time at Villa Rose

We had a fabulous time at this property. We spent majority of our time in the gorgeous back yard. But also a very short walk to the beach and a short bike ride into downtown. Owners were very cool and helpful. We already planned our next visit.

A Magical Weekend!

Beach Paradise

This is my wife and I second time at Villa Rose and we had a equally amazing time this trip. Owners left an awesome welcome basket and house was clean and as beautiful as last time. We had some rain but we still had a blast using the pool and hot tub and enjoying the house. Thx for a great time!

Gorgeous Property and Fun Vacation!

The house was superb! Location, cleanliness, convenience were all 5 star! We loved our time there. Kids loved the pool and yard. Lots of room to run around. It was nice to be able to grill dinners while kids played in pool. Hope to be back again!!!

5 star experience!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and the owners were super responsive, friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed right there in the home and it was right in the location my kids were wanting. It’s very close to downtown Rosemary which was important to my kids. Also the walk to the beach was quick and easy. The pool is absolutely stunning. Probably the prettiest outdoor space we have ever had with a rental property. There is a TV outside and a beautiful outdoor grill/patio/ hot tub area. The kids loved swimming in the evenings. The pool has beautiful lighting that makes the night time spectacular. The back yard is also totally fenced in and had lots of privacy. We will 100% be back next time if house is available.

Great house and location

We had a great time at this house and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and close to all the other places we like to hangout like The Hub and Rosemary. We loved the pool, hot, tub, and outdoor kitchen area. The backyard had tons of room for the kids to run around and to play cornhole, which was provided. The beds were really comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The owners were really helpful and quick to answer any question we had. Great time!
