A beautiful Rosemary Beach home with upscale design, convenience and comfort in mind.

The Timeless Treasure Cottage first floor features an open floor plan. The timeless design of this residence includes Peacock Pavers stone floors, Key Stone Millworks cabinetry, cypress wood ceiling beams, in addition to beautiful designer furnishings with a style that works well with a contemporary touch.

The fully equipped kitchen with Thermador appliances includes a built-in icemaker at the wet bar for convenience. The open dining area includes a large reclaimed wood dining table set for 8. It is open to a spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating for your entertainment, including all the luxuries you might desire. Comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a wall mounted flat-screen TV equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD player make the great room an ideal space for watching movies and other gatherings of time well-spent with family and friends.

The home features a Nuvo Grand Concerto sound system that allows for music enjoyment from multiple sources (iPod, Sirius, etc.) in different rooms at the same time. Wireless internet is complimentary through out the property, allowing you to stay in touch with home while you spend time at the beach!

You will find two fully-equipped bedrooms on the second floor of the main house. The master and guest suites offer king size beds, Blu-Ray DVD player equipped flat-screen TVs, balconies, and private baths outfitted with carrera marble.

Rental of the carriage house is always included. It is a fully equipped residence with the ability to sleep four. It is designed in similar style to the main house. The carriage house is furnished with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a wall mounted flat-screen TV, and a Sony sound system. In addition to a private washer/dryer unit, the carriage house boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

3) 3 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. Currently, there is construction next door and we do not have a completion date. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

Our stay was excellent and the house was beautiful. We were disappointed and surprised that the fireplace was not available for guest use, even though we had specifically chosen the house for its wood-burning fireplace during Christmas (as is our family tradition). The pictures make it clear that there’s a functioning masonry fireplace. If it had been noted somewhere that we couldn’t use the fireplace, we would’ve chosen another house. Otherwise we enjoyed the space and being a close walk to town and the beach.

Perfect Rosemary Beach Vacation

This was a beautiful home just a few minutes walk from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants and the beach. Loved the high-end finishes and furnishing and the beds were as comfortable as any beds we have ever slept in! Having the carriage house for my wife’s parents was absolutely perfect! Property management provided excellent communication. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Wonderful

It was better than we imagined. Literally a 3 min walk to Kilwin’s Ice cream! About a 12 min walk to the beach. We walked or rode bikes everywhere, so convenient. The actually house had plenty of space for my family of 7 to spread out. The sound system was pretty cool! Beds were super comfortable. I have no complaints! We will be back!

Greetings from the Nashville Crew

We loved our time at Timeless! It worked perfectly for our family that included 2 young adult daughters and their significant others because very few places allow you to rent the house and the guest house all in one. The total of 6 adults had plenty of room and everyone had a nice bed (rather than having to sleep on a couch) The kitchen was really well stocked with gadgets, which helped a lot because we cooked a lot. We would love to stay at this home again!

Great accommodations

This rental was excellent for our family. We had 2 sets of grandparents with our family on this trip. One set of grandparents stayed in the carriage house while the other stayed in the main house and everyone had their own space & no one ever felt on top of one another. The courtyard was excellent for our little girls to play & be safe. The house was very clean, well maintained, and provided all you could ever ask for or need from a rental. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider renting it again as we visit Rosemary several times each year.

Such a beautiful house!

What a perfect location! Tucked away in the neighborhood but still close to everything. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with the amenities we needed to cook. We loved having the courtyard for our two little boys to get some energy out and play. We cannot wait to come back!

Exquisite Rosemary Beach Gem!

Timeless is a beautiful and comfortable home in Rosemary Beach! The location is ideally close to the quaint shops and restaurants in Rosemary but also a quiet spot in this very bicycle friendly community. The kitchen is very well stocked and the high end appliances easy to use. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The lovely guest house is just steps away within the cozy courtyard. Everything was in perfect order and we didn’t need to contact the management company for anything during our two week winter vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved everything about this house!

We loved everything about this house!! The location was awesome and close to the shops. We used bikes or a beach buggy to get to the pools and beach. The the fully stocked carriage house was perfect for my husband, baby and I while the rest of the family could enjoy some peace and quiet in the main house. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking our big family dinners. The communication with the property manager exceeded my expectations. We all want to stay here again!!!

Perfect house for a perfect vacation

Timeless, the house name, was lovely.. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home with it's exceptional decor and the piano was a bonus. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out for some quiet time. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to prepare a nice meal or we would easily walk to the downtown area for a meal out. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful family time

The Timeless property is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and well located near the town center, only a quick walk from the gorgeous beach. I’ve rented many homes and condos over the years but have never found one with such a well stocked kitchen! The gardens around the house are perfectly maintained and so very calming. The many balconies, as well as the screened in porch, provide excellent spaces for games and more intimate talks. I’m not sure I would choose this property however if the party is more than 6-8 persons (we were 4). I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend, especially for smaller groups or families! Wonderful, wonderful memories were made.

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed here withour 2 adult children and our son's fiance. It was a bery nice and relaxing house to spend a week at the beginning of spring. And the area is so quiet, we appreciated the break from our usual crazy schedule.

Beautiful home.

This is a beautiful, and comfortable, home. Lovely furnishings. Nice towels and sheets. My teen daughters loved having the carriage house to themselves! The garage doors are very narrow and our mid-sized SUV would not fit in the garage but there is on-street parking. The one unfortunate thing was that when we arrived the front entry and living room smelled like cigarette smoke. I immediately texted the property manager to let them know but never even received a response. (Their office did text me three times to see if ai wanted to go look at houses for sale in the area.)
