Rest at ease with 24-hour security, and you don't have to stray far from home for fun! The resort boasts fabulous amenities, including four pools (two of which are heated), hot tubs, beach access, on-site restaurants, a state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, and more! This condo includes a balcony with a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and relax on the couch, watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV for a relaxing night. If you don't like cooking, the Majestic Market offers Starbucks, beer, wine, soda, and made-to-order breakfast, sandwiches, and sweets. You can even plan a date night at the on-site H2O Pool Bar & Grill!
The rental has two full baths and three bedrooms, accommodating eight guests. The primary bedroom is a mini oasis with sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, a private bath (including a jetted tub), and a king-size bed.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features a twin bunk bed. Extra features, such as a private washer/dryer and valet parking, will make guests feel at home.

**DON'T SKIP THIS REVIEW** Difficult Owners, dirty and broken TVs
This was my 3rd stay at the Majestic. We love everything about the condo building (location, pool, beach access, etc) but I will never rent from Funquest Vacation Rentals again. First, Funquest withdrew $1,200 from my account without my knowledge AFTER paying in full. I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my money back after a process of talking to VRBO, Funquest, VRBO and Funquest again. Funquest refused to pay for any overdrafting fees that occurred. Second, the condo was filthy upon our arrival. Anyone who has been to Florida knows that sand gets everywhere, but there was sand everywhere like the place wasn't cleaned. This place needs a deep cleaning. Third, 2 of the 4 TV's worked. This normally would not be an issue, but kids like to relax with tv at night to fall asleep. One TV wouldn't power up and the other just didn't work. When Funquest was made aware of the situation, instead of offering to come check it out, they asked questions. This condo is not cheap. If there is an issue, it should be addressed by the owner instead of making the renter troubleshoot the situation. Funquest's name is by no mistake. This process was a quest for fun and it wasn't an easy one. If you're wondering about getting this condo, I would shop for another one in the Majestic by a different owner. There are plenty to choose from.

Needs to be cleaned better
The condo needs to be updated for sure. The patio was extremely dirty. The bed had sand in it as if they didn’t wash the sheets from the person who stayed before us. Also the table was broken and tipping over as well as the bunk bed was shaking. They got someone there the next day so the first night the sleeping situation was uncomfortable. The first two days we were there was a weekend and the streets were filled with people acting crazy and being so loud, dancing on top of cars at 2am. After the weekend it was quiet though. Wasn’t so bad but the condo isn’t being cleaned correctly and things were broken. I won’t be staying in the same condo again.

Place needs repair!
We really enjoyed Panama. The condo is extremely dirty countless things broken and would not recommend staying there. We couldn’t even use one of the restrooms for three days. Management was challenging to get a hold of. We will be back to visit Panama just not at this condo complex!

Majestic was nice but, will not rent the same room again.
This unit was supposed to be three bedroom and three full baths according to description. However, it only has two bathrooms. Remotes had no batteries and bedrooms don’t have regular TV channels. The master bedroom door wouldn’t shut and had a lot of dirt behind bed and night stand. This unit needs a good deep cleaning.
