Make memories on the beach! Clean 3bd/2bth condo!

No need to cross the street! You're already there! Beach front property! Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic). 3 bdrms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a sliding door that allows you to walk out to the balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf. Balcony can also be accessed from the living room.

Property has 2 pools (one seasonally heated) and a spa. Stay in and throw some food on one of the grills by the pool or cook in the fully stocked kitchen.

People love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool area and beach. The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony. It'll make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately the extras around the condo meant so you wouldnt have to bring as much from home or go out to purchase items you wont use again once you leave. We have beach chairs available for you to use, along with boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler you could wheel with you downstairs, and a variety of games to play while making memories on your trip.

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master and 2nd bedroom both have a king bed in each. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle that pulls out to a full size bed. This is great for families with small kids or people just needing extra spaces to sleep. The couch in the living room also has a pull out bed if needed.

Located on the 7th floor so it is not too high and not too low. No street to cross over because the building is right on the beach! Property is gated and has security at the entrance. Plenty of parking especially on the side where the unit is located.

There is a washer and dryer located inside the unit so no need to take your clothes anywhere else during your stay.

Walking distance to bars and restaurants. A quick drive will get you to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. This is the perfect location in PCB so you're not sitting in traffic while on vacation.

Great Condo

Nice condo, clean, plenty of space. Great views of the beach!!! Door code didnt work initially, but a quick phone call resolved the issue in less than a minute. Well stocked, had everything we needed! We have stayed at a few different condos at Regency, this was one of our favorites, would stay again!

Spring break getaway

I would've given this a 5 star rating but we couldn't check in at 4:00 since the cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived; she did not finish until 5:45. There was some dust hanging from the ceiling above the bed, but otherwise it was pretty clean. The beds were very comfortable and found it had just about everything we needed for our stay. If there was an issue or concern the owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if in this area.

Our visit

The refrigerator door appeared to be bent. You had to pay attention and close it all they way. The beach toys that was in the master bedroom took up the majority of the closest and it was unusable for personal luggage. The floor in that closest was covered in sand. The pantry beside the refrigerator appeared to have been turned in to a broom closest. This is total wasted space as it would be very useful to have shelving for guests food items.

We vacation every year during the fall in pcb. This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Melanie went above and beyond to make sure our stay went as perfect as possible. The views were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and the common areas were plenty spacious for my big family. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to booking with Melanie again.
