Welcome to this enchanting condo in Panama City Beach. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for your convenience. Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of this property, complete with amenities like WiFi, a fitness room, and AC. Enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

We welcome you to make our spacious beachfront home your vacation destination. Located in the exclusive and gated oceanfront Pinnacle Port resort at Carillon Beach on the west end of Panama City Beach Florida. The secluded beach is next to Lake Powell (the largest dune lake in Florida) and Camp Helen State Park.

With our prime location, you are close to everything and yet feel miles away from it all. You can spend some time dining and shopping in Rosemary Beach/30A which is only 2 miles away. If you want to take the family for some fun at Pier Park in PC, you can be there in 15 minutes.

Our condo sits on the top floor (7th) of the sought-after C2 Building and comfortably sleeps 6 featuring two bedrooms with a King bed in the Master with spectacular views overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and two twin bunks with a view of the resort and Lake Powell. All bedrooms have fully renovated bathrooms, smart TV's, ceiling fans and roomy closets with updated furniture. A vacation should not mean you settle for things you would not have in your own home. The updated kitchen updated stainless appliances, granite countertops and every piece of cookware, utensils or other (Griddle, Keurig, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Blender, etc) that is needed to dine in if you choose. The kitchen, dining room and living room all offer incredible views of the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf. If you are in the mood to simply relax after a day of exploring, pull up a blanket and take a seat in the new leather furniture in front of the 65" Samsung TV.

Our balcony sits right atop the dunes and gulf and features 4 new high top poly chairs and table. Fell like dining al fresco and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves...go for it...you are that close.

The resort itself contains several amenities for your enjoyment. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, both indoor and outdoor pools, snack bar, saunas, fitness room, outdoor grills, etc. Additional dining and shopping options are a short walk or drive away and within the gates at Downtown Carillon. You can also go enjoy the natural beauty of Camp Helen State Park.

We HIGHLY recommend this condo! It is beautifully furnished and decorated, and has just about anything you will need to use during your stay. The kitchen is especially well-stocked. The location is wonderful and secure with easy beach access. And Tonia, the host, was in communication with us regularly, before, during and after our trip, to make sure everything was going well. We definitely will want to stay here again on our next trip to Panama City Beach!

Tonia was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo was great, had everything you could possibly need from the fully stocked kitchen to the beach chairs! Beach access was probably the best I’ve ever had, close and very easy access complete with shower and hose to rinse the sand. The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, furniture and very welcoming! Highly recommend renting from Tonia and I hope to again!

Loved it!

This condo has everything you need and more! There is a closet loaded with beach chairs, towels, games, fans, and some beach toys. The condo was very clean and looks exactly as pictured. If you are looking for a less crowded beach I definitely recommend staying here. We had a little miscommunication and the owner was very responsive and was willing to accommodate us on her own expense. We will definitely be booking this condo again when we come in the future!

We loved this condo! It is in a great location… directly on the beach with an easy walk to the sand, a short drive to Rosemary, and a Publix almost across the street. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The host was very responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

Pinnacle Port Paradise

Really enjoyed my time at After Dune D’lite at Pinnacle Port. Carillon Beach is gated and the beaches were not only beautiful but not crowded. The condo itself had all the comforts of home and the central top floor location overlooking the Gulf really does sit right on the dunes. Getting to the beach each day was easy and the location allowed us easy access to entertainment and dining options. This unit has been recently upgraded- really liked the new master bath and the views from the living room, kitchen and master are outstanding. I may have enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony best of all. I will certainly be back again soon as the actual experience really did match the description.

Absolutely Perfect

We had an outstanding stay at Afternoon D’Lite at Pinnacle Port.  While taking the family to the beach can sometimes be a hassle with parking, carrying beach stuff, etc- this condo sits right on the beach.  Our family was able to be right on a less than crowded beach quickly and easily.   All the details were accounted for- even a cooler and beach chairs! When we went back to the room we were able to enjoy the beach and ocean views from the condo and the balcony.  The location is not only good for beach time, but also to access entertainment at Pier Park or the shops and dining in Rosemary- everything was easy.  The condo itself has been upgraded and very well appointed which made for an extremely relaxing stay.  The owners were very attentive and answered any questions that we had leading up to our stay and while we were there- again easy.  We will definitely be returning to Afternoon D’lite…great stay.
