Unit 1130 is located on the 11th floor of the highly desired Shore of Panama condo tower in Panama City Beach. This condo is one of the rare units directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Wake up or go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people-watching on the beach. The unit is conveniently located on the 11th floor, steps away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach.

The Shell House is a condo within Shores of Panama that offers stunning direct beachfront views from the entire kitchen and living area. The condo is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and updated decor, & custom built in bunk beds. The master bedroom offers an on-suite king bed, comfortable mattress & bathroom, twin bed bunk area with on-suite bathroom, & a pull-out couch with queen-sized bed. The condo also has a washer & dryer.

A short walk to the gulf front resort-like pool and spa and beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Free Wifi & Direct TV/cable. The kitchen has all new appliances with a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.

The Shores of Panama is the premier beachfront luxury resort in Panama City Beach and is loaded with amenities. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool with fountains, water features, and a winding lazy river thru palm trees and covered walkways, an outdoor hot tub, Tiki bar serving food and drink, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and coffee shop.
