The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October.
The Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Parking is available for 4 vehicles in front of the home.

Golf Cart rentals are not allowed in this community.

Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Bunk Room: The third-floor bunk room is an open loft space, without a door, and overlooks the living areas below.

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:

Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands are required to access all amenities (including the pool).

Check in and wrist band pick up was a little difficult to figure out and the host was pretty much unreachable but otherwise we were very happy with the property.

Beautiful home. We loved how close we were to the pool and village. The house was perfect. I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. The beds were comfy, and we really enjoyed the rainfall showers. The fridge took the whole night to cool down on the first night. We would definitely stay here again!
