20th floor condo at the Ocean Reef in Panama City Beach, FL.

Our condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach residence that sleeps up to 8 comfortably. All the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony to be quite large as well with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy incredible views of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated with a fun beach theme that’s very comfortable. We wanted to make it a family fun beach condo. We also wanted to make this a home away from home, for us and our guests. The assigned parking space (P3-21) is on the third level of the parking deck. The parking spot number 21 is on your left. It's just a short walk to the elevators. From there one of the 3 elevators will take you all the way to the 20th floor where the unit is located!

Ocean Reef, built in 2008, is in a great location and close to everything. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street is miniature golf and go-cart track. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away! The souvenir shop is also directly across the street.
Ocean Reef has unobstructed east and west panoramic views of the gorgeous white sand beaches and glistening emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by one of the two pools. Ocean Reef has one outdoor and one heated indoor pool for your pleasure. It also has an outdoor hot tub an indoor saunas and steam room.
