Just a few unhappy moments

When we arrived in the room it looked just like the picture on the website. Very cozy and made for two. The floors was a little dirty as to where it was questionable if it had been swept and moped. Loved the view of the ocean outside our huge window. You can hear the traffic going by at night once in bed for the night but not to bad. The next morning is when we discovered a issue with the shower. I would recommend a maintenance personnel to fix. Had a hard time turning on the shower. The screw attached seemed odd however we was able to shower but with time. We would come back here again as a get away but in hopes the shower knobs are fixed and the room is a little more tiddy.

Wonderful View

Great location, clean, and perfect for a small family. The street is a little noisy late at night, but overall great property. I will definitely rent again.

Nice place, but things you should know

The unit was really nice. Newly remolded, nicely decorated, and clean. The property itself was just ok. Mostly clean but not 5 stars. What you should know... The Good: Nice unit, incredible view, close to beach, top floor viewing deck, beautiful 4th floor pool, ample garage and overflow parking. Not so good: I felt the photos were misleading. Appears to me we would be on the beach w/ a balcony. It's across the street from the beach and no balcony. Elevators were far too congested. After waiting 15 minutes & calling 2 full elevators each time, we decided the stairs were a better option, even for the 8th floor. Coffee shop opens at 7am, but there's another one that opens earlier about a 10 min walk away. What could make it better: A map of the resort, pool hours, knowing kids eat free at Sharky's (across the street), any information at all about checking in/out. Basically more information about resort amenities and out stay. All things considered, I'd stay here again. With expectations set and knowing our way around, the next stay will me even more enjoyable.
