The All Seasons Collection 30A is proud to include this fabulous condominium in the Georgetown Building located on Barrett Square in our portfolio of distinctive residences all located in the town of Rosemary Beach.
This town center location, just steps to the beach, combines urban flair with coastal chic. Dining, shopping and the beautiful blue waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are right outside your door. This spacious 2225 sq. ft. interior space and 372 balcony area residence provides a comfortable yet stylish atmosphere, with an open and expansive floor plan. The living, dining and kitchen is perfect to relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends. The floor to ceiling windows and outdoor Balconies compliment the open and airy ambience.
The chef style kitchen featuring WOLF 36" dual fuel range w/infrared griddle, SUB-ZERO 36" built-in refrigerator and SUB-ZERO 36 bottle wine cooler are just a few of the many features of this fully equipped kitchen.
The king bedded master w/ensuite, private balcony, expansive walk-in shower, freestanding vintage style tub and double sinks is comparable to a luxury 5 star hotel. There are two additional king bedrooms, one with ensuite and the other sharing with the bunk bedroom, are all stylishly decorated. All bedrooms excluding the bunk bedroom have TV's.
A designated private parking space and additional parking permits are available that allow for parking in designated spaces in the town of Rosemary. Four complimentary bikes are included, along with beach towels and beach cart.

We could not have enjoyed this property more. Beautifully decorated and well designed spaces. Very comfortable sleeping spaces and extremely well maintained. Loved the outdoor patios amongst the tree lined streets. Steps away from shopping and restaurants, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Will look to stay at this exact property in the future.

Best location

We were 2 families with teenagers and had the best time in this condo. Husbands could just cross the street and work from Amavida Coffee shop while our teens had a short walk to get ice cream or go to the beach to hang out with other teens. The Sky Pool is also walking distance for those who like to get an early swim in the day. Shops and restaurants just a stroll away. We rate this condo a 10 out of 10!!

Honestly probably the best place we’ve rented in Rosemary. Lodging was perfect. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Location was perfect for us. Easy walks to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. Property manager was very helpful with the few questions we had. Def a 10/10 rental.

Great family vacation

The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything your family will need. The location is great — delicious donut and coffee shop downstairs and ice cream shop across the street for the kiddos. Getting to the beach is just a quick bike ride or stroll through town. We stayed for five days and loved it. One suggestion to improve the check in is to include the name of the condo building or picture of the doors for check in. We were in the attached building next door and couldn’t find the condo. Also a local phone number would be helpful for check in questions. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in Rosemary Beach and we plan to return!

Rosemary Beach

The Condo is beautiful and has everything you need. They even have a beach wagon/beach towels for you to use to take your items to the beach! The location is perfect - right in the middle of the square and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach or any of the pools is easy. The only issue with Rosemary Beach is only giving each home/condo 3 passes to access the beach/pools. All the entry ways to the beaches and pools are locked and you need to a pass to open them. Not a deal breaker, but it is not convenient for a family of 5 adults to coordinate. The Mayor of Rosemary needs to change this policy!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was brand new and in perfect condition! I loved that there were 3 kings beds and a bunk room. Two balconies over the shops and a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Gorgeous condo with the best location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stunning condo. Exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable for our large group. The open layout and large chefs kitchen, made cooking a breeze and was perfect for entertaining! The proximity to shops & restaurants is fantastic and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is that the garbage truck & leaf blowers woke us up every morning @7 am, but we’d still stay there in a heartbeat, hands down!

Beautiful Property! Decorated to Impress and the beds are extremely comfortable. If your looking to stay in Rosemary Beach, this condo is the place. Perfect location on Barrett Square. Property Management one of the best. Very responsive, we had 1 minor issue on arrival that was promptly taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.
