This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! It was extremely clean upon arrival. Also the owner has beyond amazing communication. If you have kids this is the perfect resort! If you are looking for a clean family friendly condo with amazing views this is the one!!

Seanad was a great host. I was amazed at the response time of our communications. Unit was everything we expected. Nice location in a quieter section of town and the view from the tippy top was amazing. Wonderful time!!

Condo was clean and well furnished.Building was clean and well kept as were the public areas we visited.The view from the balcony was stellar, being on the 21st floor helped!We only had one minor issue and that was no drip coffee maker...no big deal we (I) survived...

The room was not cleaned when we got there (Cheetos and dirty socks on the floor). When we went to make the bed for the pull out couch, there were no sheets in the room at all. We contacted the host and someone brought 1 set of sheets at close to 10pm. We did not ask for anything else and just made do with what we had for our stay. Loved Splash resort, but probably going to look for a different unit next time that is cleaner and more updated for the price. This is no fault of the host, he was very nice and accommodating.
