This condo is in the perfect location. Right on the beach with chair service available or you could use the chairs provided. Very Clean and comfortable - beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze - no waiting. Easy check out.Location is just minutes away from nice restaurants and shopping. We will definitely revisit!!!!

Property ReviewPositives1. Proximity to the beach: Excellent. The beach is very close and easy to access, making it convenient for frequent visits throughout the day. 2. Townhome location: Very convenient and comfortable overall. The area feels well situated and accessible to nearby attractions. 3. Proximity to Alys Beach: Approximately a 5 minute drive, including time to park, which makes dining and exploring nearby areas very easy. 4. Townhome size: Suitable for two families of three, especially if each family is comfortable sharing a bedroom with their child. 5. Host: Excellent. Communication and responsiveness were strong.Areas That Need ImprovementWhile the location and host were positive, the unit itself requires several updates and better attention to maintenance and cleanliness.• The property is overdue for upgrades and general refresh. • Cleaning standards should be improved. The current level of cleanliness did not meet expectations for a rental property. • Cabinetry should be inspected and touched up where needed. • Refrigerator shelves and drawers should be replaced, as cracked components are not acceptable. • Condiments left behind by previous tenants should be discarded after each stay. • The upstairs carpet requires repair. • Shower heads should be replaced or upgraded.Overall, the location and host experience were strong, but the unit would benefit significantly from improved maintenance and higher cleaning standards.

The host was welcoming and even allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. We loved that the back patio went right out onto the gorgeous white sand. The house had everything we needed. Loved our stay!
