DETAILS: Poolside Paradise is a spacious, brand-new 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Seacrest Beach home steps from Scenic 30A. A short stroll from Rosemary and Alys beaches to local restaurants, boutiques, and even an ice cream/toy shop, this family-friendly area offers plenty of entertainment. Guests will love the quick walk to the beach, private pool, 4 adult bikes, and dedicated parking for 3 vehicles. This property sleeps 14.

Enjoy entertaining friends and family in this chic, 3-story home with an open layout, vaulted ceilings, stunning natural light, and gleaming wood floors. Relax in the airy, white living room on the cozy linen couch or 2 armchairs while binge-watching your favorite TV shows or listening to your favorite music on the built-in Sonos sound system. Whip up delicious dinners for your guests in the gourmet kitchen equipped with Upscale appliances, quartz countertops, and a 4-stool breakfast bar at the large island. The 75” TV with Sonos surround sound is perfect for watching the big game or movie night. The kitchenette includes a beverage refrigerator, a large built-in ice maker, and a dishwasher. We truly enjoyed this property on our vacation. It was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and house. We had family PAC-Man competitions on the 3rd floor gaming console which was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. House was clean, alot of kitchen appliances, two washer and dryer, plenty of towels for the 14 people we had, bikes was a plus, house was close to all the shopping. The only problem but not a deal breaker was that the deeded beach was REALLY small. So if you have a big family and wanted to bring your own stuff.. might have to drive to a public beach to be able to accommodate. You can rent umbrellas and chairs at deeded beach but you have to do so more then a month advance. I tried to book a month before and it was already all booked. And no wheels of any sorts are allowed (wagons, cooler with wheels) Other then that, it was great. Thank you so much !

BEST CONDO WE HAVE STAYED IN BY FAR!!

I never do reviews but this condo deserves a review! We have stayed in so many condos in seacrest, seaside, Santa Rosa, orange beach, etc…. And this one is by far the cleanest, nicest, most beautiful, has the most up to date furnishings, the pool is small but all you really need and very clean and beautiful, and has a Sonos you can connect to and built in speakers everywhere. They literally have EVERYTHING you need and then some! VERY VERY IMPRESSED! I’ve already tried booking for next spring break and summer. If there was one thing I would say I would suggest they had is a long full body mirror. It’s definitely not a need, just a want. So definitely give this condo a 12/10. Thanks for such a GREAT stay!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
