Dining room table comfortably seats eight (8) surrounded by the beauty of natural light and easy access to the front porch of the home. Seating at the kitchen bar can accommodate three (3) additional guests.

Equipped with all new appliances - Sub-Zero, Wolf and Bosch appliances, with coffee maker on hand for guests to enjoy, and instant hot water and filtered water at the kitchen sink, as well as a well-stocked kitchen for preparation for your favorite meal. (Ample dishwashing pods, garbage bags, cooking spices and oils)

Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine with rental in the wet bar with a Sub-Zero ice maker and wine fridge.

Four built-in bunk beds - a perfect spot for teenagers or children. A door opens up to a small deck for a bit of fresh air. *Please note that there is no door to this room - it is a bunk room. There is a small built in closet with drawers and a place to hang clothes*

Large bedroom with king bed and large flat screen television with ensuite marble bathroom. Guest bathroom is housed with two separate vanity areas with two sinks and two hairdryers included. Access to third floor deck with occasional sounds of crashing ocean waves.

Parking
Garage parking for two cars - one garage is reserved for the main home and the other spot for the carriage house.

Guests will be provided key cards to four community pools of Rosemary Beach - closest is one minute walk
