NEW FOR 2024, THE CONDO OWNERS HAVE INSTALLED A BEAUTIFUL MASTER BATH WALK-IN SHOWER! As of March 2024, this beautiful condo is back on the program and ready for rental. It also includes FREE BEACH CHAIRS including 2 beach chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup for you each day of your stay, seasonally, from March 1 to October 31st.). Come sun on the oversized 10x28 balcony, with room for everyone, or on our beautiful, sandy beach.

Welcome to our beautiful, beach-front, Tropic Winds Unit 1006! This property is located on the 10th floor which is perfect for your stay, not too high and not too low. It features an open floor plan with balcony access and gulf views from both the living room and master bedroom. Two words describes this condo: comfort and convenience.

Our condo offers many features to ensure you have a fabulous beach vacation! The condo includes a dedicated and reserved, garage parking space conveniently located on the beach side, under the building and close to the elevators, just steps from your condo (no wasted time looking for parking and easy and fast access to and from your vehicle).

The living room features, gulf views, comfortable furnishings, television, and sleeper sofa. The dining table will seat 4 people. The kitchen boasts of cherry stained wrap-around cabinets, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.

A gulf-front master bedroom awaits you with separate balcony access and private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and television. A private en-suite bathroom includes walk-in shower and upgraded vanity.

The large guest bedroom also includes a king bed and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a combination shower/tub with beautiful tile surrounds.

The separate laundry room offers a full-size front loading washer and dryer. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Nice condo!

Overall, a clean condo. A little deep cleaning under the beds could be done, but condo was in great condition. Perfect size for 2 couples. Pool is small and the parking deck is very tight. Only having one assigned parking space and two couples with their own cars was not ideal. Overall, great stay.

A fantastic condo! The following suggestions may be a bit picky.... 1. Extra TP and dish soap would be great. We had to get our own. 2. No hair dryer. 3. A ceiling fan with a strong light on the balcony would awesome so games, cards, etc . could be played in the evening. Probably being picky? Bottom line: I would go back and I recommend that condo as well as Greta's.

Funeral reprieve

We were in town for the funeral of my father (didn’t want to be here) but from the moment we got town the rental management company went above and beyond. When we called to inquire about early check in they called the cleaning company to make sure our unit was ready. When it wasn’t they promised to call as soon as it was WHICH THEY DID!! We so appreciated being able to get out of the car after traveling all day. The condo was clean, well appointed and the view was spectacular. The reserved parking is a bit hairy and if you have a tall vehicle with luggage rack/box you won’t fit in the garage . I would most definitely stay in this condo again

Beautiful oasis....

Cant beat the location and view! Designated parking is a must even when your complex has it's own garage and we loved that our 85 year old grandpa had easy access to the parking garage elevators with the designated parking spot.

Amazing Condo

My kids and I had an amazing time. This condo was perfect. The only negative thing I can say is the parking. If you have an SUV it’s challenging if there are also SUV’s on both sides of your parking spot. My son enjoyed the sand toys and boogie board! We can’t wait to come back next year.

The only complaint we have is the parking garage, it’s too tight to hardly get a car in

The Condo was beautiful inside. Very up to date on everything. We spent the evenings on the large balcony looking out in the Ocean. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Exactly as described

We visited this property the last week of July. It is exactly as pictured. The condo was spotless, and very well furnished. Everyone at Greta's was great to communicate with, and gave replies to questions quickly. The only con would be the parking deck. This is no fault of Greta's though. Just a heads up it can be a bit tricky if you have a larger SUV. We will definitely use Greta's again the next time we are in Panama city
