This beautiful beach home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in West-end Panama City Beach. It is newly constructed and just completed in 2020, and offers an open floor plan perfect for families. It is nested in a gated neighborhood setting of only 20 houses, and only 2 blocks away from the white sandy beaches of the gulf. This house offers a lot of amenities such as a great outdoor space, gas grill, Beach Umbrella, Beach Chairs, Wagon, Beach Toys, Storybooks & games for kids, and a private community pool.

Dogs are welcome with a nonrefundable $125 pet deposit per pet. (Max 2 pets)

We had a problem with the door code but host took care of it and sent someone to fix it. The property was clean and well maintained, neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.I would definitely book again in the future.

This property was in a great neighborhood, clean, and just an overall great stay. I had brought my instant pot, and crock pot from home, and found I didn't even need to bring them. The master bedroom was very spacious, and the shower was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors we had were very friendly. My youngest loved the swimming pool. The only problem we had was when we first got there trying to figure out how to get in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

We got in on Friday at 1230 had been requesting all week for an early check in because we had to uber to the house and no where to go with the luggage even offered to pay extra. They were not accommodating at all not even a place to put our luggage and no one was even in the house because we had to sit on the front porch until 4:01 on the dot. Saturday we woke up to a roach in the sink I called the property and maintenance number all of Saturday old not get through and when there one huge one you know there’s more. I was not taking those back home with us. We immediately packed all of our stuff back up put it high up on shelves praying they would not get to our stuff. We got rid of that one to have another one come around so now we are calling around for hotels because did not want to be in a roach infested house. It was a holiday weekend so everything was booked we stuck it out and tried to just stay away. After finally getting through to someone by email they immediately called me Monday night at 10pm apologizing so much and said they would make this right for us and guess what we left at 4am Tuesday to come home and they have ghosted me since. Not enough towels for that size house constantly had to do laundry the house was decent over all if your not terrified of roaches. Community was nice a neighbor that lived there we seen at the pool was even trying to help us get maintenance out to spray or something no such luck.

A Little Misleading

WILL RETURN

The property was just as pictured. There was even an extra area upstairs with a couch that I did not remember on the pictures or the listing so that was a bonus. Everything was clean and included everything we needed. The AC was not cooling the first day but I called the property manager and they sent someone out and had it fixed pretty quickly. The walk to the beach is through some ongoing road construction but it was easy to get through. Overall we had a great time!

120 Seabreeze Circle

Our stay at 120 Seabreeze circle was everything we were hoping for! The check in process was easy. I liked that we were in a gated community. The pool was nice for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. All of the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were large and accommodated my party perfectly! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nice to be able to cook at home. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Perfect for family getaway

House was so cute! Exactly as pictures show. Perfect location being just a few blocks from beach and few miles from Pier Park. House was very clean and spacious…plenty of room for four adults and 2 children. Only a few suggestions…we all wished the bath towels were larger as these were small and thin. Also wish the front door glass was either opaque or had a covering offering a little more privacy. You could see right in to us in the living room at night with the lights on. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return!!

Home at the beach

If you are looking for a place to stay at the beach that feels like home and not a hotel? Look no further. This is the perfect family spot to stay! It’s settled between front and back beach roads, but you would never know that it’s so close to such easy access to either. A quiet gated community where the kids can play and not have to worry about the hustle and bustle of beach traffic. When you walk through the front door you can’t help but to have that feeling of “welcome home”
