This 3-bedroom condo sleeps 8 and is located on the 3rd floor in building D, providing a bird’s eye view of 30A and even a little peek at the Gulf! Coastal Soul completely remodeled in 2022 with new furnishings, custom kitchen, designer spa master bath, and fresh coastal decor throughout. The sophisticated, open-concept feel to this condo makes for a welcoming and relaxing spot after a day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for all your meal and snack prep needs. There's seating for 4 at the bar and 6 more at the dining table, plus there is seating on the balcony for 4.

VILLAGE OF SOUTH WALTON
The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings.

There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida. Hop in the car to head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach to the east or make your way west to famous Seaside. Pool and hot tub were great. Parking was easy but could see how it would fill up fast. The floors were dirty and sandy and there are areas of the condo that needed repair. Example-curtains fell, the dryer didn’t work, hot water was VERY limited. The location was perfect with easy access to shops and restaurants. The tram to the beach was amazing. In the evening the night life is great! However, if someone has small children or is one to go to bed early, this is not the place to stay as it is very loud at night.

This place was great! The location is excellent and everything from shuttles to beach access is fairly simple to figure out! Our kids loved walking around all the shops and having some independence on bikes - ages 17,13, 10. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location!

This truly was the best! It was right in between Rosemary and Alys beach our, 2 favorite places. We biked everywhere and used our car a couple times but really didn’t need to. We enjoyed being right in front of the green space with live music. The kids loved the freedom to be able to ride their bikes and go in shops without us being right there(Ages 11,13,17) I highly recommend this place.

I've stayed at many houses in Seacrest & Rosemary over the years but this condo was actually one of my favorites! It was very clean and the decor was only updated and modern with plush towels, comfortable mattress and high quality sheets and bedding! The kitchen was well stocked and the property management company was very responsive to my questions during the week. Plus it was a great location right near the tram stop for the beach. You can sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to live music which we really enjoyed!

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or habitability—especially for a rental costing over 1,000.From the moment we checked in, there was no functioning hot water in either bathroom. We contacted the host immediately and followed all instructions (including running the water for extended periods), but the issue was never resolved. A plumber was eventually sent, and we were told it had been fixed, but the water remained cold. We were forced to take cold showers for the duration of our stay, which is completely unacceptable. The host also tried to gaslight us making it appear as though we were at fault for the hot water issue.The cleanliness of the property was also very poor. Upon arrival, we found:- Hair clogging one of the showers- Black hair left on the couch- Crumbs on the dining room carpetAn expired water filter that was never replacedRat droppings under the sink, which is a serious health and sanitation concernAfter multiple attempts to get these issues addressed, we eventually stopped following up because nothing was being effectively resolved. While the host did respond, the delays and lack of actual solutions made the situation even more frustrating.This property was not as advertised and did not provide the basic amenities or cleanliness expected. The combination of no hot water and unsanitary conditions made for a significantly diminished experience.I would not recommend staying here.

Property is nice with a lot shopping within walking distance. Pools are hotel like, seating and umbrellas were broken and too small for the amount of people utalizing the pool. “Private beach area” for this condo is a very small square area blocked off by cones. You are not allowed outside of those cones unless you rent chairs and umbrellas, which stay booked. If you bring your own chairs, you are confined to the coned off space and there are people on all sides of you within arms length. Not at all what we expected. If you want to relax and enjoy the beach you WILL have to go to a public beach access bc the private beach experience here was aweful! Do your research on private vs public beach access in this area and watch you tube videos bc from my experience, they are accurate!

Location is great, but parking is horrible

We enjoyed our stay, we had a lot of restaurants to choose from, walkable to beach. The lack of parking will be what keeps me from renting here again. It’s not just this condo, it’s the whole building that will deal with this issue.When I booked I specifically asked if there was set parking for us and they said no, but that there was plenty and we would not have an issue finding parking. That is false, maybe during a non busy week it would be ok. My husband had to circle everyday we were there for a minimum for a half hour just to find parking. It was so bad the security guys noticed him and let him park in a loading zone and told him check back every hour to see if something had opened. The issue is that all the parking around is also open to those that are shopping and dining in the area as well as the renters of the village. So there is most certainly not enough to go around. The unit itself is nice, bed was very comfortable. It could use a little TLC with a few things. In the main bathroom there was a major tripping hazard that really needs to be addressed. The kitchen is well stocked, nicely decorated. It really is too bad that the parking is such a mess, if that was fixed it would be perfect!

The condo and community exceeded my expectations. The unit was updated, every inch was clean, and it had what we needed in the kitchen. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable, and the towels were huge and plush. The building is above the shop and community area of Seacrest Beach with a pool right outside. Parking was free and not assigned and we had no problem finding a spot. There are elevators with luggage racks to get the bags upstairs. The pool was never super crowded and we were always able to get a chair. There are two pools: an almost full size wading pool and the other with a deep end. there was live music in the green outside the balcony each night; it wrapped up at 9:30. After that, it was quiet. Seacrest Beach is right next to Rosemary Beach, less than 5 minute walk. It is also very close to Alys Beach, a 10 minute walk. The beach entrance we were authorized to use (with a provided wristband) was a 8 minute walk away, or there was a tram every 20 minutes or so. if you’ve done your research about this area, you will know the beach is highly restricted. There was a small area we were allowed to set up in, with a slightly larger area with chairs and umbrellas available to rent. if you are used to spreading out with multiple tents and a volleyball net and a line of chairs, this is not that. It’s pretty tightly packed, but we were able to find spots each day. Fortunately, the pool and condo and bikes and area is provided plenty else to do.

Our first visit to 30A- and this was a great place to start! This unit is exactly as pictured. Location. Location. Location! This place is right in the middle of the mix of Peddlers Pavillion. The restaurants and shopping are below! So many options for you or your family to choose from while staying here. The walk to the beach is super easy! The interior of the unit is fresh and inviting. The beds are nice and the pillows are great. Lots of seating and options to move chairs around if you need more lounging space for a larger party! The outside area is loud until quiet hours at 9-9:30pm- things shut down and it gets quiet. The fridge is large and has an icemaker. The W&D are large and easy for towels and all things. The tile in the place is necessary for when you come back sandy from the beach. All-in-All, we would come back and stay here. We will probably get a larger place as we bring more family with us next time. A few things to note: the bikes are great and we rented more to ensure everyone had one- they are a necessity in 30A. One had flat but BumbleBee came right out and fixed it. (That’s who we rented from too.) The place was surface level clean but in the 2nd bathroom there was hair on the shower curtain and on the walls of the shower. It’s not make or break for us- we just washed it off. The washer hose disconnected and poured water in the unit. There wasn’t a person on call to help us fix it. Luckily my hubby is handy and fixed it. Other than that- great place
