Nestled into a peaceful, wooded lot on a private road in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea off 30A, Fetch the Waves is your dog-friendly beach home for up to 9 guests. You're just 2 doors down from the community pool and just 5 minutes to the beach. Fetch The Waves has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and guests enjoy all the extra free goodies: a beach wagon, 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. The welcoming screened-in front porch is the highlight of the home with plenty of comfortable seating and colorful cushions. This porch is the ultimate hang-out for the whole family! The home features warm hardwood floors, a large seating area and a 60” 4K Smart TV for the whole group to gather around and relax after a hard day of vacationing! The dining area features seating for 6 and the kitchen bar area adds 3 more seats. The kitchen is fully-equipped for the home chef in your group, with plenty of counter space. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet off of the kitchen.

30A & SEACREST
Ready to explore? The Big Chill is only 1.5 miles to the west on 30A with shopping, restaurants and family entertainment. Alys Beach and Rosemary is 2 miles to the East along 30A. Along with the area's sugar white beaches and emerald green waters, the 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Walk, bike or run along the Timpoochee Trail, paddle board on Western Lake among the umbrella pines, explore one of 3 state parks, or simply peruse the nearby communities of Seaside, Prominence, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

We loved fetch the waves!

We loved our stay at this house! Even though it’s not right on the beach, the location was great—just a short, easy walk with access to a private beach. (Beach chair rentals were 70 for two.) The neighborhood was quiet and charming, between Seaside and Rosemary. The house itself was clean, cozy, and felt just right for our group of twenty-something women.While the area wasn’t super walkable overall, we did love that Waterhouse was just around the corner—it had wine, pizza, coffee, and a few other essentials, which was super convenient. The only tiny thing missing was salt and pepper in the kitchen, and a few more toilet paper rolls would’ve been great. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Cutest Rental.

Our family of 4 and our fur baby were very comfortable in this rental. Walking distance from the beach and not far from other shops and stores. We loved the screened in porch. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Already planning on booking here again next year.

Perfect family getaway!! Dream spot!

My family stayed at "Fetch the Waves" for a week. It was perfect for my husband and I, our teenagers, and our younger children. Great layout of the home, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity you could need. We especially liked the games and were surprised by the book shelf. There were SO many books in all different genres, many of them recent releases. The beds were really comfortable, great showers, spacious bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen (with some really good cookbooks), laundry on site, spacious pantry, and the A/C kept the house cool. The gem was the front porch. We spent a LOT of time resting and enjoying the cozy porch. Quiet early mornings and quiet evenings. It was lovely and I miss it already. Added bonuses: the outside shower is great and helpful after a day at the beach. Towel hooks are plentiful and strategically located. The included beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch. The neighborhood is perfect. Quiet and quaint with huge magnolia trees lining the brick cobblestone road. It's a very short walk to the beach. We ended up just using the public access point, which is a stones throw away. None of us had any issue carrying our beach gear to and fro. The beach is picture perfect LOVELY. Two bikes came with the house and we rented additional bikes for the rest of our family. We thoroughly enjoyed biking into Rosemary Beach or up to Seaside. Biking to the Big Chill was fun for everyone too. We will be back!!!

Best Vacation Ever!!!

Fetch your Waves was absolutely wonderful! We had 7 adults and 2 teens on this stay. Excellent location in a beautiful setting. Top quality linens, beds, and towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Also, large tv's in the rooms. The screened-in porch was in the shade and so comfy! As parents, we loved our 2nd floor private suite. We could wind down each evening while our adult/teen children stayed up visiting downstairs. We took turns using the bikes to ride into Rosemary Beach...a couple more would be nice. The beach was just a short walk. We will definitely be back!!

Our encore visit didn't disappoint!

We enjoyed our second stay at Fetch the Waves over Spring Break. This is a lovely pet-friendly property. We always enjoy the screened-in porch. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The sleeping quarters are comfortable. The beach is a stone's throw away and the pool is just two doors down. I even lucked into finding a book I was planning on purchasing prior to our trip on the bookshelf at the cottage! We'll definitely return to make more memories!

Great location - very short walk to the private beach access and just a couple houses down from the pool. The house has everything you need - including a wagon all the beach gear. We loved hanging out on the front screened-in porch. It’s pretty shady and has a fan so even in July it felt great out there. Also, the house and even the front porch was very clean. We had a blast and will definitely stay here again.

Sibling annual get together

Fetch your Waves was a super rental that met our needs for six adults, three couples. Location was good and development was cool. Linens, beds, towels were all top quality. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Thumbs up to mgmt company, Paradise Vacation Rentals, for quick responses to our inquiries and a couple of minor issues (only lower burners in toaster worked, was replaced with in 30 minutes of notification). Hope to stay here again next time in the area.

Best house yet!

This was the best house we have stayed at in Magnolia yet! We come ever spring break and summer. We have friends that own in the neighborhood and have been coming for 8 years. This house was very well stocked and provided all the essentials. The beds were super comfortable. It’s was by far our favorite and we will be back soon!

Wonderful family time!

Perfect location on 30A

The property was beautiful with a perfect location to everything. The heated pool was 2 houses away, private beach access was a 5 minute walk, 15-20 minute bike ride to the HUB and Rosemary Beach. This area of Florida was absolutely perfect for a road trip vacation with the family (and dog) over spring break. The home included everything we could’ve needed. The included bikes, beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards were used every day. The home’s furnishings and beds were very nice and comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again when we’re back in the pan-handle.

Family vacation

We had a delightful week. Beautiful weather. Very comfortable house. We spent lots of time in the screened in porch. Wonderful place to walk. Easy walk to beach. Pool super close. Easy drive to grocery, places to eat/food trucks, fishing & all. Very well equipped kitchen, as we many cooked at home with the virus.
