The Seamist building offers parking in the front, with stairs leading to door number 5. Step inside to a spacious, open-plan living area that boasts breathtaking turquoise ocean views. Whether you prefer to relax indoors with your favorite show on the large HDTV or unwind on the private, covered patio with the soothing sounds of the waves, Seamist #5 has it all.

The bright and airy kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with everything you need, including white cabinets, a coffee maker, blender, and all necessary dishware and glassware. Enjoy casual dining in this well-appointed space.

The private bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed facing a mounted HDTV, providing a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The hallway includes a custom-built bunk bed with twin-size beds and individual reading lamps, ideal for additional guests.

Not walking distance from restaurants

The view and just being steps from the beach were incredible. We stayed on the 2nd floor so it was a perfect spot to have coffee and watch the sunsets/sunrises. Found a couple live bugs when stripping sheets the morning we left.

Great stay. Needs deep clean.

The condo and property are everything a couple and/or small family need for a great beach trip to 30A. The location is great and within a short drive, bike ride, or walk to anything you could want. The place seemed pretty clean at first, but after staying for a few days, it became very clear the cleaning was only done at the surface level. The shower curtain has mold forming on it and hooks are rusted out. The pullout couch was gross and made us uncomfortable using. Overall, great place and stay, but needs a deep clean badly.

No extra pillows or blankets, and some of the few pillows were old and had no pillow cases. Gross. Only two small rolls of TP for a family of 5 for 5 days, we had to go buy extra. Contacted owners (Vacasa) and they said they would send extra bedding but it never arrived. Beautiful rental in a beautiful location otherwise!

This was the cleanest property in the area that I’ve stayed at so far. I loved the easy access to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. Master bedroom mattress was comfy. No complaints.
