Welcome to Shell House Take Two - villa 311, a quiet, clean villa w/double balconies overlooking the golf course and near the beach and convention center.

The Shell House Take Two - villa 311 is ready to host your next family vacation--it consists of a spacious living area, double balconies, a full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and three baths at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach Resort.

Inside Shell House Take Two - villa 311 is a spacious, comfortable living space with a sofa with chaise lounge and plush chair offer ample seating to enjoy the smart TV. Step right out onto the balcony to enjoy the peace and quiet of the golf course and course water feature.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances (traditional and single cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc) needed for easy meal prep, and we have bar seating and a dining table available. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience, and we have a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo downstairs as well.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, and each includes a smart TV, comfortable bedding, plush pillows, extra blankets, and clothing storage. The master bedroom has king bed; the upstairs guest bedroom has two queen beds and access to a balcony overlooking the golf course. Additionally, there are two upstairs full bathrooms each with tub/shower combos.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right down the street.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or stroll over the pedestrian bridge that is just a few steps away to dip into the beachfront lagoon pool. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge. We are also one of the closest villas to the convention center.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
