The host was very responsive! Plenty of stuff to do around the condo. There was a lot of construction, not sure if that was because it was off season? Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Super close to Pineapple Willys too! Came with 2 parking spots which was convenient. The room was pretty clean. Trash chutes and elevators were close to the ropm as well
Check in was just fine. The kitchen had a very small garbage can, no broom and freezer had rust in it. Bathroom had baseboards that looked as if they were rotting. When we got there my granddaughter came into the kitchen hold some black menâs shoes that were left behind. Worst place at Shores of Panama that Iâve ever stayed.
We have stayed at this resort many times over the past 15 years. We love the location and amenities of the pool, tiki bars and food! Pineapple Willieâs is walking distance and the beach is great! This is perfect for families with kids or couples that need to get away!
Very nice place overall, Just as described! The only problem I had was parking , elevators and checking in. The elevator didnât work the entire stay. We had to walk the stairs every time we went to the beach or pool. Parking was a nightmare at the parking deck. Itâs just to small for the trucks trying to manipulate the turns and getting around them. I did have to pay $100 fee for wristbands to stay there and I donât recall that being in the listing. Not only did I have to pay an extra $100 they didnât even work to get into the parking deck. Then the details on the property for parking was wrong had me parking on the 7th floor. Spent an hour on the phone trying to figure out my assigned parking. Other than these three things I would definitely stay again. We loved the pool room and location.
Unit is very dated. Mattresses old. Mildew stains around base of shower, baseboards very dusty, water bottle left under bed, juice box under table, cereal in pantry floor. No linens for sofa bed and PM response was "did you look in closets". No reply until next morning after letting them know that we had checked closets and drawers. Had to run out and purchase sheets and blanket for said night. Garage is tight and very hard to get out of due to location traffic. Pineapple Willy's next door was a blessing and a curse. Will not stay here again. Pool area is amazing though and security seemed top notch! Was very nice to have a reserved parking place in garage! Tiki bars in pool area are nice also. If the actual unit had been better for the money spent we could get over the parking garage issues but unfortunately the unit was the main part of the stay.
