BALCONY OF THIS UNIT IS SET TO BE CLOSED OFF FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK FROM 10/31/2025 THROUGH 3/2/2026. MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

Enjoy the grand sunsets of Panama City Beach from the gorgeous 7th story 2 BR 2 BA getaway at Shores of Panama 727. This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, with a second room hosting twin bunks. The common area also hosts a full-size sleeper sofa. This unit includes a parking space on the same level of the building allowing you to enter the property without using the building elevators!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $90 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Shores of Panama. The resort has a great pool area, food and drink options, and convenient access to the beach. Our daughter loved the beach access. There was construction happening but it didnt affect us. The drink options in the resort were surprisingly reasonable in price.

great stay

was a good stay, this was during Spring break( April.) the security was good but bringing my parents in ( who are local) was a hassle because they could not get arm bands for entry. pool was cold not sure if heater was out or not. room was great and met all our needs. condo was right on the beach. getting into the resort was ok lots of traffic due to the police slow down of the area for the Break holidays.verry family friendly.

Amazing Place!!

The condo was great. The couch is very, very, comfortable, with all the pillows! Great for hanging out. The resort was awesome. The hot tub and pool we fun! We went ghost crab hunting at night! So fun!! Be sure to bring your nets and flash lights! It’s fun for kids and grandmas alike. Great family fun!! Close to everything. Walmart, mc Donald’s. Walking distance to great restaurants. We come every September for Softball Worlds. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience.

Awesome place with a great view/location!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Great view, very clean, fun pool, easy beach access, and great location for fun bars and restaurants. Only warnings would be slow elevators during busy seasons (this seemed typical - we had slow elevators at another hotel we stayed at while in PCB) and the twin bedroom was smaller than expected (but it worked!). Tip - bring your own beach towels!

Great place!

We enjoyed staying in the unit. It was clean, views were great, parking was convenient. The unit has everything you will need for your stay. We would definitely stay here again. The elevators were not as bad as previous reviews commented, Saturday is the busiest due to move in day, other than that they were fine.

Great location and security. The only thing we did not like was the parking for registration. I would prefer to register and pay parking and armbands online and be waiting for us on arrival. The 15 minute parking area was difficult to park in and very stressful.
