Chambre avec vue… quelle déception !
Publié le 12 mai 2023 sur HotelsL’hôtel domine la plage, la chambre est très bien mais attention « chambre avec vue » signifie juste qu’il y a une fenêtre !!! Vue sur la rue et le parking 😡
Quand on le signale à la réception, on se fait envoyer bouler, il fallait demander une chambre avec « awesome view » Limite malhonnête, vu le prix de la chambre… Et aucun geste ni excuse ni rien

Great views ftom balcony . Spacious rooms, great pool and breakfast. Don't get balcony if you dont like cigarette smoke . The days we were there they smoked several times a day in a no smoking hotel.

Property and hotel was very nice. The breakfast is wonderful as was the pool area. The only thing was this was a smoke free hotel and we paid extra for the balcony but could not use it as somone was smoking evey morning and evening when we tried to sit outside. Beautiful hotel but wont go back againg, just wasted good money on a beautiful view and balcony we could not use.

The receptionist was so helpful and since our room we had booked was not available, she upgraded us and gave us free parking! Awesome service!
