All Sterling Breeze guests will need to registered for Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Condominium Association. This fee includes all amenities, pool armbands and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking. Only 2 parking passes allowed per unit. Details to obtain parking passes and armbands will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel Instructions after you book your reservation. Shopping carts are also reserved through the concierge and cost is $5 to get a token, which you will get back once you return the cart.

Sleeps 8! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath - Primary King Bedroom on the Water! Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed + 2 Twins in Bunk Room + Sleeper Sofa. Exquisite interior spaces include an elegant King suite with sliding glass doors to large balcony, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, laundry with washer & dryer and an electric grill on the balcony.

Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, seasonal wine bar and café by the pool with great seating and multiple large TVs and a fire pit. A new ice machine was installed in the vending area at the pool. The machine is available 24 hours a day and accepts payment via credit or debit card. There is also a state of the art fitness center, with views of the beach while you work out.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had an amazing week at Sterling Breeze. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our view from the balcony was breathtaking. Melissa with BOOKBEACH was so very nice and incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent 10 days in this condo, the property manager was great, always answered back so quickly. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and the room was large plenty of room to move around and lots of comfy beds! The location was great and right on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean. The elevator was a fast ride up and down, which I appreciate with being on the 10th floor. No complaints, it’s in a good location and close to Pier Park.

Condo 1002 was great! High top table & seating on the balcony were perfect, we really enjoyed being on the balcony. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Couch & master bed were comfy, nice linens and bathrooms were great! Would definitely recommend this place, clean & very well taken care of❤️!

Highly recommend

Overall really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice & would recommend it. Location was great. The only thing negative is the elevator & from what I have read and other friends that rented there before has said it is typical to have elevator issues. I'm guessing they need to get a new one instead of trying to repair it.
