6/10 Okay

Positives: Booked at the last minute and got a discount. We were advised there was some construction ongoing. The unit had a washer and dryer. Negatives: Contact with the property manager was spotty. Nowhere in the description or confirmation packet did it state there was a fee for parking and wristbands due at check in. None of the elevators worked at check in. Main elevators were always in demand. Got conflicting information on whether the unit balcony repair was completed. Wrote and asked when balcony furniture would be provided and never got a straight answer and it was never delivered or available for pick up. Unit and property were dirty with trash all over the property. One of the pools was closed all week with no notice. Would not return.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Our room was humid/muggy, the ac didn’t work even after contacting guest services no help was provided. Be ware trim is falling off the walls, pictures randomly fall off the walls, and if you walk around barefoot your feet will be black. The dishwasher smelled awful and stunk up the entire room!
