Escape to the quiet side of PCB in our 7th-floor Pinnacle Port retreat. Nestled in a private gated community between the Gulf and Lake Powell, Pelican's Perch offers a vacation experience unlike any other. From our balcony, you have a front-row seat to the best sunrises in Florida. Because we are situated next to Camp Helen State Park, the beach is uncrowded and perfectly peaceful. Our family friendly unit is steps from the beach with access to two pools, a coffee shop/restaurant, and tennis.

Guest Access

You will have the entire condo to yourself. Check-in is simple and secure via a digital keypad. As a self-managed unit, we pride ourselves on being responsive and providing a personalized experience for our guests.


Other Things to Note

Location: We are just 3 miles from the upscale dining and shopping of 30A (Rosemary Beach) and a short 10-minute drive to Pier Park. We are also nestled within the gated Carillon Beach community with a beach shop, restaurants, and entertainment just a short walk away.

Parking/Registration: Pinnacle Port requires a QR code for gate entry. Keep your eye out for an email with the link to acquire it.

Beach Access: No long walks through hot parking lots! Just take the elevator down and enjoy beach access just a few steps away. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through our on-site beach service during the high season (March - October).
