This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located at the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through April 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. Overall great place
We had a really great time! The unit was nice, only complaint was not enough silverware and the batteries to the remote didn't work the TV. But very kid friendly and the unit was very nice! Will definitely be coming back!
