This luxurious, coastal chic penthouse condo is the perfect fit for your Rosemary Beach getaway.

Situated ideally in the heart of Rosemary Beach overlooking North Barrett Square, Treetop Escape is just a moment away from all of the shops, restaurants and sugar white sand beaches of Rosemary Beach. A 2-3 minute walk along one of the shaded boardwalks will bring you to one of Rosemary Beach's 4 stunning community pools (one indoor and heated), salon, day spa, Fitness Center and Racquet Club.

No worries about flights of stairs here! Enter the Lofts West building through our secure lobby entrance and take the elevator to this stunning penthouse condo. A travertine tile foyer leads into the open concept living/dining area where a soaring 20 ft vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows fill the space with light and volume that you will not find in other properties.

A fabulous, fully stocked chef's kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless appliances is perfect for preparing a gourmet meal or just a snack before hitting the beach. For your convenience, a high efficiency washer and dryer are provided in the kitchen pantry/laundry room.

Just off the kitchen and beyond the breakfast bar (with seating for three) is the elegant dining room which seats 8 comfortably and features a small seating area ideal for relaxing with a book or catching up with family and friends.

Distinctive designer furnishings and creative touches fill the comfortable and open living area. There's plenty of seating for everyone! Relax on the down-filled couches and enjoy the entertainment system featuring a large flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound.

Just off of the living area is the spa-like master suite featuring a 20 ft cathedral ceiling, king size bed ornamented by a Tommy Crow original, walk-in closet, and a large flat screen TV. The spacious master bathroom boasts a soaking tub, large walk-in travertine shower, and double vanity with plenty of storage.

The guest bedroom is large enough to relax comfortably after a day on the beach and features a king size bed, flat screen TV, large closet and a wonderful bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The furnished balcony off of the living area is the best room in the condo!! It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunsets, or just 'people watching' on the square.

Great location and nice unit

The unit was clean and nicely appointed. We loved the location and the unit itself. The only annoying point was the refrigerator. A smaller fridge was put in the hallway instead of fixing or replacing the actual refrigerator. We ruined some food before finding a good setting on the smaller fridge. The kitchen faucet mentioned in the earlier review still needs replaced.

Location is great! Property is very nice. The only complaint would be the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced, no trash bags were provided and was only given one key to the property and one access card. At check-in they should ask if we needed more keys/cards.

Condo in the heart of it all

The check in process was seem less and the condo was as beautiful as the pictures and impeccably clean. We loved the location and enjoyed our morning coffee from the shop below as well as having our movie night raving for ice cream satisfied by the corner ice cream/candy spot. We’d definitely book again.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway!

Clean, beautifully decorated and right in the heart of Rosemary! We went for a 3 night getaway with dear friends. Short walk to the beach and could go down the elevator and be instantly in Rosemary’s shopping and dining! So fun!

Can't wait to stay here again

My husband and I have been to Rosemary and stayed at the Pearl last year. We came back this year with friends who have never been. This loft was absolutely amazing. Not only is the location is the best spot possible, but the cleanliness was top notch, the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall this was the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. I would absolutely stay in this location every time.

Girls Weekend away

I could not give this a 5 star rating. This is the reason why. Plugs in the kitchen did not work.(along the sink side) Plugs in the master bathroom did not work. (on both sides of the sinks) Coffee maker did not work. 3 out of the 4 hair dryers did not work and the one that did was about to go out and barley ran. ZERO DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE TV AND 3 REMOTES. zero info on the wifi. We feel like someone had control over our ac thermostat. Everyone was always hot in the middle of the night and they only had 1 fan in a closet that could be used. Patio doors to the outside did not work properly. If you opened the left side of the door the right side should not open at all. In this case both doors open. You could not lock the right side of the door to keep that one from opening. Thank God we were on the 3rd floor to were someone could not break in. Cottage Rental did not explain the Rosemary reward card and we only learned of it on our last day. We went to most of the places that took the card, it would of been nice to know we could of got a discount with the reward card. The kitchen was not organized at all, water glasses and bowls we not together so you had to go search for your items. On the last day I took the time to group all the glasses and the bowls together so it looked nice for the next renter. I organized all the cabinets. We were all a tad sad that the kitchen did not come with anything, not even salt and pepper. The decor was beautiful but who would of thought we would of had this many issues.

We visited in August to attend a wedding at Carillon. The location was great for us and so convenient to eat/shop/swim/beach whenever we could find the time, and yet so close which made it easy to stay cool and dodge the passing showers. I'd do this again anytime!

Great location in the heart of everything

Great location in the heart of everything! We rented this for an Easter getaway and it was perfect. The kids loved being close to everything and we loved the short walk to the beach. The rental was very clean, linens were excellent, bathrooms are very spacious. The only negative was that the oven was not working and when we tried to call the property manager we got no response. Normally I wouldn’t care but given that it was Easter I was planning to cook a meal and therefore needed an oven. Also one of the hinges on the cabinets was broken. Again tried to report to manage but we did not reach anyone. We will definitely rent this place again!

A fantastic loft in the middle of Rosemary Beach

The loft is spacious and beautiful, with high ceilings and wonderful natural light. It's located in the heart of the town square, with easy access to coffee shops and stores, and just a short walk to the beach. We had a fantastic time.
