Bring the whole family! Unit 1707 is a spacious, recently updated three-bedroom Gulf-front retreat designed with family vacations in mind. Located on the 17th floor and offering an impressive 1,800 square feet of living space, this condo gives everyone room to spread out, relax, and make memories together along the shores of Panama City Beach.

The open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space for the entire crew to gather, while the large, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need to keep a hungry family happy. From easy breakfasts before heading to the beach to family dinners after a day in the sun, there's plenty of room to enjoy vacation time together.

One of the biggest highlights is the expansive 750-square-foot wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With sweeping 17th-floor views and an abundance of outdoor space, there's room for everyone to step outside, enjoy the coastal breeze, and take in the scenery. Start the day with coffee overlooking the water, relax between beach adventures, or gather together for a spectacular Gulf sunset.

When it's time to recharge, Unit 1707 truly shines for families. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, giving another couple or set of parents their own comfortable retreat. The third bedroom features a king bed and a bunk bed, creating the perfect setup for kids, siblings, cousins, or friends to have a space all their own.

The full-size guest bathroom features a tub and shower combination with a glass enclosure for added convenience.
