SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the Gulf and Pool await you in this beautifully updated beach condo at the Shores of Panama Resort! Unit 308 is located on the 3rd floor with quick access to the pool and beach - you will love the convenience of this unit! If the elevators are busy, the stairs are easy to access. At the Shores of Panama, there is an attached parking structure where you will be able to park your vehicle in the reserved, oversized parking space which is also located on the 3rd floor. Once you park, no elevators or stairs are needed!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress.
The private bunk room has a set of bunk beds for two more guests, and there is also a newer queen sized sofa sleeper in the large living room. The sofa sleeper is a Tiffany 24/7 mechanism that has no bars or springs ~ it's the most comfortable sleeper I have ever slept on!

There are two full bathrooms ~ the master bedroom has a tub/shower combination and the bathroom off the bunk room has a stand-up shower.

There is a large 55" Smart TV in the living room and another TV in the master bedroom. There is access to DirecTV on both TVs. This unit also features free high speed internet.

From the balcony you will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while also being able to watch your friends and family at the pool. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee and a book. If anyone has to work on their vacation, I can't think of a better place to sit down to answer emails. Nothing better than a beach front office!

The Shores of Panama has, by far, the best pool on the beach. The lazy-river, lagoon-style pool features water fountains, beautiful landscaping and a zero entry section, in the pool, for children. You will also find an extra large hot tub, a tiki bar and a tiki grill/restaurant in this grand outdoor pool area. There is often music featured on the pool side stage for your entertainment! Inside the Shores of Panama is a heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, ice cream and pizza!

The location of the Shores of Panama is convenient to everything including a Super Walmart right across the street and the famous Pineapple Willy's restaurant and Pier Bar with nightly entertainment right next door. Across the street is the brand new "810 Billiards and Bowling". This is an awesome place for the whole family to enjoy good food, beverages, arcade games, bowling, billiards and so much more. If you would rather be outside, there are all kinds of parks including "Pier Park" with boutiques and novelty shops, restaurants ~ The Back Porch, Margaritaville, Dick's Last Resort, and live music at Tootsies! Endless fun no matter where you go.

THIS UNIT IS DEFINITELY A GUEST FAVORITE! I stay very available to all of our guests before, during and after their visit. We want everyone to have a fabulous vacation.

NOTE: A resort fee of $85 is due upon arrival. This fee will cover your parking and up to 6 resort wristbands.

Great Location

This unit was great! The property manager, Nicholle, was very responsive, helpful, and super friendly!! She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as smooth and stress free as possible. Having a parking spot on the same level as the room was a huge plus, and the fact that the parking spot is larger than most was an added bonus (you will understand when you see how tight the parking spots are at Shores of Panama)! I’d definitely stay in this unit again.

Best condo ever

I loved staying at this condo! The owner is very nice. This condo was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, travel size items, dish washing liquid, and more. This condo is AMAZING being on the 3rd floor was great because none of my family had to use the elevator. This condo had an amazing view of the pool and beach. I will book again in the future for this same condo. This condo is also walking distance to multiple restaurants - walmart is right across the street. I flew and did not rent a vehicle and we were able to walk everywhere. We took a taxi from the airport to the condo which was about a 30 minute ride. Amazing pools - hot tub- literally feet from the beach I love this condo

Wonderful experience!

We had the best stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the condo is spectacular-you get an overview of the beach and the pool! Nicholle was super helpful and was quick to respond anytime we had questions. This will be our first pick to stay for our next beach trip.

Great condo, wonderful week

The condo was clean and had a great view. Your balcony is on the 3rd floor with nice view of pool/beach. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. What is really good was the location of the parking spot. You don’t have to take elevator to get to the condo. This is good because the elevators get pretty busy at peak times. The pool is great and we were able to get chairs as long as we went to the pool before 10am. The only small issue I had was the water pressure in the bathrooms. There is a coffee shop, ice cream, pizza, and tiki hut. You can get hamburgers, chicken strips, wings, ect. We loved having that available. Right next door to Pineapple Willy’s. We would not hesitate to book this condo again. Nicolle was helpful and answered all my questions.

Very Convenient to everything

Perfect location, parking was a great convenience (especially at my age), kitchen well stocked but we only used the toaster for breakfast as Pineapple Willies in next door and food available by the pool, Wal-Mart across the street. The weather was SO COLD and Windy we were never able to get in water or even lay by the pool or beach. Thank goodness the room was inviting and had access to Disney channel. We will be attempting to contact owner to stay again when the weather is better. -Melissa

Perfect week!

Check in was a breeze as the property owner left everything in the room for us. The condo was clean, well decorated and they had supplied toiletries (we brought our own, but it was a great gesture). The room is conveniently located beside the stairwell and the parking garage is same level. The staff was friendly, the property itself was clean and the weather was perfect!

Dirty underwear and shoe under a bed. Grossed me out. Underneath the toilet lid was filthy. It appears the cleaning people are not cleaning the toilets properly. Very unsanitary. Dryer will NOT dry clothes. It took 3 days to dry a very small load. WASTE OF POWER.

Great place!

We've been to the Shores of Panama a dozen or so times so we're not only familiar with PCB, but with the Shores specifically. There were a couple of things that were the deciding factors for us to choose this particular unit, as there were quite a few available for this particular trip: 1) Location - 3rd Floor unit. It's nice to have a unit low enough that you can use the stairs because the elevators will [at some point] be slow, crowded or broken. The 3rd floor was high enough that we could still enjoy the ocean view, but also be able to use the stairs for the majority of our stay. The elevators were out of service for one day while we were there, and on another day - VERY crowded as a storm rolled in and sent everyone back to their units at the same time. 2) Parking - I like my car. I take care of my car. This means I always park near curbs or away from everyone else to minimize/avoid getting dinged by other cars, grocery carts, etc. This unit has a corner parking spot with a ton of space between it and the wall, and it was close enough to the unit that it was bearable to carry things back and forth. The parking garage here has VERY small spots and most of the vehicles in it are big trucks. It's also very narrow and difficult to get around corners. Being on the 3rd floor made it all that much easier to get in and out of the garage. We have rented this particular floorplan several times before with our kids, but they are too big to use the bunk room. We just usually bring inflatable mattresses and they sleep in the living room - which has plenty of space. We didn't need to do that this time as it was just my wife and I, but it was nice to have the 2 bathrooms. I grabbed one and my wife grabbed the other. Nice big bed (which is also a key for us as a queen sized bed is just too small for us - we like our space), and plenty of space to put clothes. My wife's back suffered from the mattress, but I found it fine. She has a bad back so it's not unusual when we travel. Perhaps it was a little too soft for her. The kitchen included everything we needed and then some. It even had a wine bottle opener and wine glasses (which we used) and a pizza cooking tray, which we also used. Oh, and a spaghetti strainer...used that too. The fridge was plenty cold and made ice quickly, so we could have actually gone without buying bags of ice. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and will definitely see if it's available again next year!

Great location. Master bedroom only had one light bulb in light fixture, low wattage. Bedside lamps had low wattage bulbs. Really could not see in the master bedroom at night it was so dark in the room. One bathroom had only 2 working light bulbs. Upon arrival, hand towel in bathroom was WET! Was scared to use it, appeared to not have been laundered. Several dirty dishes in cabinets in kitchen. Overall was clean. Owner just needs to be on top of maintenance.

Great place to stay!!!

My husband and 3 daughters just stayed at this property. It was perfect for us. Never had to wait in the long lines for the elevator. 3rd floor unit with stairwell right across the hall. Balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. So nice. The pool was huge with live music at night and just a few steps to the beach. Will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent stay while vacation in Panama City Beach. The location of our condo was just perfect. Our unit was also located in a very convenient location to what we needed. It was close to our parking spot, stairs and trash shute. The checking in and out instructions were very simple. We will definitely staying there when we travel to Panama City Beach in the future.

Family Vacay

We have stayed at the Shores before but never during peak season so glad we were on a lower condo so we could use the stairs as the elevator wait time was wild. The atmosphere was fun and you could tell people were really enjoying themselves . The food and drink shacks were both delicious!
