Very cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo with built in bunk beds in a large entryway.The back patio is where it’s at for this property- the ocean and pool right there- Sunsets were phenomenal.The property management stays on top of this place as far as cleanliness and security and that pool couldn’t get any cleaner people are constantly cleaning and all were friendly. Only disappointment was no dogs allowed on the beach per CITY code so we had to drive a bit to a dog friendly area- NOT the fault of this condos owner, they allowed our service dog. Very very nice condo! Again, the view from the deck can’t be beat!

The balcony was great! The weather ended up being cooler than we wanted but being able to sit on the balcony and drink coffee watching the dolphins play was great on the days it was too chilly for the beach. They also had a fully stocked kitchen to cook all your means with which was nice. This has nothing to do with this unit or owners but I do wish these places would ban smoking all together, nothing ruins a nice view from the balcony like someone blowing smoke your direction from the balcony next to you. All in all it was nice and I’d recommend this unit!

Awesome stay!

We have been going to PCB for 17 years mostly on the West end, this is the first time on this side of Pier Park and at Grand Panama. Condo was excellent, description was on point. Tiki bar drinks and food was great and reasonable for a quick bite. Staff was impeccable from the security, cleaning staff and pool staff.

Beautiful condo on the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for a week. It was just us two at the condo. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo exceeded our expectations and had a really nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

Location

The condo is very nice. We did have a few issues upon arrival that needed addressed and were. Wonderful deck area. Very well stocked. I wish there had been an open cupboard for food. I just stacked up their dishes and made some room. The living room sofa was not very comfortable. It is unfortunate that owners have to put old furniture in their units due to guests not respecting property. When you stay for an extended period of time and weather is cool, you spend more time in the unit. The TV was very nice.

Easy check in, 2nd floor condo was very clean, ceiling fan didn't work in the master bedroom, we notified our host and a very nice gentleman came and replaced it immediately, my family of 7 loved the property and location was perfect for us. We will definitely book and stay again.

Overall the property was nice. Had an issue when we checked the room. Called maintenance or office and no one got back to me all week. The balcony was great until it rained. Flooding wasn’t my favorite part. Had to so a lot of squeezing.
