Roach and smelly room

This was a last minute overnight stay and it was terrible I was so tempted to find somewhere else. Entering the room there was a strong weird smell and I saw a roach when we were leaving. The staff was kind and helpful, they gave us air fresheners which didn’t help but they tried. 0/10

When we first walked in the room, it had a wet smelled to the room. After sanitizer the room and started unpacking a big water bug came out the humidifier that was in the room.

The hallway was hot and musty smelling and carpet was worn and dirty. Elevator floor had cracked floor planks. Fitness equipment was dirty and had stains on them. Hand sanitizer at front desk and food area was empty.

Hotel was dirty and smelly. Food was not that good and staff wasn’t the friendliest. Room was dirty and air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
