La Concordia Boutique Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The small size was a refreshing break from the gigantic hotel chains. The property itself is lovely and the location was great. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We loved our balcony for morning coffee. The best part, however, is the front desk staff. They were all great. Miriel was especially knowledgeable and helpful. She's a problem-solving whiz. We are looking forward to our next stay!

I booked this hotel and requested transportation from and to the airport. The communication with the hotel was great and the driver picked me up upon arrival. However, he told me that we were waiting for another passenger who would be traveling with us and that the hotel would give me a discount due to the last minute change. We waited quite a while and I told the driver that I wanted to leave and was planning to take a taxi to the hotel. He immediately told me that he would take me . On our way to the parking, he found another colleague and told him To wait for the other passenger. He was texting all the way from airport to hotel, something that I thought was dangerous while driving. When I arrived at the hotel, the attendant attempted to convince me that the plan had never changed and that the hotel gave him instructions to pick me only. This did not go well with me as it seemed that she was not being honest. The room was humid and the sheets were stained. The night was awful as there is a club across the street with loud music until very late. I could not sleep the two nights I spent there. There is no dining facilities, bathroom amenities are bottles on the wall, not the amenity that you expect from a so called boutique hotel. The safe was Not working, I reported but it was not fixed. Overall, a true disappointment and waste of money. This hotel needs to upgrade the room amenities, improve service and do something drastic to stop the noise from the street.

Quirky, although quite a few room we never saw another guest, great cafes within 200 yards of hotel and close to all your pick ups
