The second bedroom has a twin bed with a second twin mattress underneath and a third elevated twin mattress, storage space, air conditioning, and a desk.

Dining and living area with seating for up to six people, a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one guest at night, fast WiFi, and a Smart TV for relaxing after exploring the city. Plus, a spectacular and spacious balcony.

? Fully equipped kitchen:
Prepare your favorite meals with all the essential utensils, a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, and both a drip and Italian coffee maker.

Santa Ana is a neighborhood in transition, with an authentic vibe just steps from Casco Antiguo. While it’s becoming more tourist-friendly, it’s still developing, so we recommend moving with caution, avoiding poorly lit streets at night, and opting for Uber or a taxi if returning late.

We want you to have an amazing stay, so please follow these simple rules:

Treat it as if it were your own. Take care of the furniture, appliances, and equipment so everything stays in great condition.

2️⃣ Smoke-free space ?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts from the balcony.

3️⃣ No pets, sorry ?
To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

4️⃣ Keep noise down and no parties ??❌
Please avoid loud noises, especially at night. Parties and gatherings are not allowed in the apartment.

5️⃣ Check-in and Check-out ⏳
? Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
? Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
If you need a late check-out, let us know in advance. It is subject to availability and an additional fee.

6️⃣ Trash disposal and personal items ?️
Help us keep the place clean by disposing of trash in the designated bins. Do not hang or display personal items like clothes, towels, shoes, or others, and do not throw trash from the balcony.

7️⃣ Keys and access cards ?
Please keep them safe. If lost, a replacement fee may apply.

8️⃣ Guest capacity and visitors ?
The number of guests must match the reservation. No external visitors are allowed.

9️⃣ Building security ?
Do not allow strangers to enter through the main lobby door. Let’s keep the building safe for everyone.
