Reviser vos details et mentionner qu'il y a deux sorte d'hebergement. La partie arriere ne corespond pas avec la partie sur la plage.

Mixed feelings about the resort

First the name of the resort is NO longer Whites and Greens Resort - its now Panglao Grande Resort. I think we paid way too much for the state of the cottage we were in (cottage#9). Broken shower head, there's barely any water coming from the sink faucet, bathroom ceiling is either dirty or moldy. Shower curtains and bathroom curtains are too old and dirty. Booked a beach front room but were assigned to a cottage that's behind another cottage. On the good side, the resort has a very nice beach front and the staff are really nice and friendly.

Scadente..... Un incubo.

Siamo arrivati di sera ci hanno dato le camere e quando siamo arrivati in camera con nostra sorpresa le camere de luxe come le intendono loro, non le avevano pulite avevano fatto solo il letto il bagno sporco acqua fredda in un bagno mancava la ciambella del vater. in una delle due camere le lenzuola erano lise e sporche, la porta di entrata della camera con un soffio cadeva a terra aveva le maniglie arruginite e la chiave era arruginita. personale scortese non ci hanno voluto cambiare la camera e non ci hanno voluto prenotare il motrino in affitto, mentre alle altre persone presenti si, avevamo prenotato lo shuttle il gg. prima per andare all'aereoporto non ce lo hanno prenotato e hanno chiamato al momento un tricycle che in tre fino all'ereoporto non sarebbe mai arrivato. Personale scortese soprattutto la signora piĂč anziana che era alla reception. 4 gg da incubo.

They didn't have the rooms we booked

They didn't have the rooms we prebooked and paid for. Never stayed at the hotel and still haven't received my full refund. expedia also has not responded to my request for a full refund. Two other group of guests were having issues at the same time at the hotel as well. This hotel is not organized.

You get what you pay for

IMPORTANT NOTE: This resort is no longer "Whites and Greens" but actually called "Panglao Grande." Local taxi and tuktuk drivers still know it as Whites and Greens. Also, as of Feb 2018 the access road was in poor condition. Our taxi driver from Tagbilaran refused to drive directly to the resort, instead dropping us off at a different hotel about 300m down the beach. Some tuktuk drivers also tried to charge us rxtra to go down the access road. Stayed 5 nights in a "deluxe” double occupancy room. Pros: Very reasonably priced and close enough to dive shops and other activities in Alona Beach. Beautiful beachfront direct adjacent to resort. Front desk arranged for a scooter rental, which was very helpful. Staff were very nice and the restaurant offerings were reasonable (compared to Alona). Cons: We were told that sheets would be changed after third night and floor would be swept daily - neither happened. Also, the air-conditioning unit had large gaps in between the unit and the wall, which enabled lots of bugs to freely enter the room. We stuffed toilet paper in the gaps and sprayed it down with insect repellent to stop this from happening. Also, because no one ever entered the room, things like changing towels and getting toilet paper were basically a do-it-yourself thing. Not a big deal, but not typical of a hotel or resort. I can't speak for the beachfront bungalows, but overall the rooms in the back of the resort could do with some renovations.

Sad excuse for a resort

The property did a classic bait-and-switch. When we arrived the room we reserved and prepaid was not available. They wanted to put us in a standard room with no sea view as we reserved. While they attempted to remedy the situation by placing us at the resort next door, the damage was already done.

cheap hotell , bad beach ,

cheap hotell and good room with ac and hot shower. the shower have a very slow Pressure So here you need to have patience. the breakfast was ok , i book this hotell for a 3 days holiday , relax at the beach. when i book this hotell and see the photos of the beach its look very nice but that photo is wrong. the beach is full of coral reefs , you cant swim there or walk into the beach. the coral reefs are very sharp so you need shoes if you want walk into the deep water. this is not the place for you if you want swim and have fun at the beach. and if you are going to take a taxi to the town make sure that you agree on a price before you start the trip. i pay 1500 pesos for a 25.min drive to a restaurant and a stop at a shop where i buy water , this was scam. 2013 i pay 800 pesos for trip to : Chocolate hills , Tarsier Conservation and loboc floating restaurant. i book the room for 3.days but i go home in the morning after 2.days. will never go back to this place.

Zimmer schön groß,Bad viel zu klein,Restaurant nur 12 Tische, haben 30-45 min auf FrĂŒhstĂŒck warten mĂŒssen, einmal sogar1 Stunde,dann war alles kalt.

Overpriced

We stayed in room 1 which was right on the parking lot with lots of noise and construction. Most of the other huts were overlooking the beach which would have been nicer. There were also quite a lot of ants on the floor. They didn't clime to the beds though so this was fine. Still there are much more nicer places in Panglao to stay for this price. Breakfast was good. Place is also a bit hard to get to/from since its a 15 minute walk on a dirt road to the paved road where you can pick up a tricycle or habal-habal. So I would recommend renting a motorbike if you plan on moving much from the hotel. The hotel offers them for 500php/day.
