We do not have heat. The only heat source is a small wall space heater. It’s 25 degree Fahrenheit outside . It’s supposed to get down to 20 tonight. This is miserable and the thought of checking out to find another place is miserable when you think about packing and reloading the car.

1. Advertised pet friendly and then they charge me an extra $10 for the pet. 2. No Tissue/Kleenex box 3. Be Warned - heating is from a wall/space heater on the other side of the bedroom. Even when cranked to the max 86° the room stayed very very cold very very uncomfortable. I am going to be asking for a refund from hotels.com. 4. 30 minutes into my stay, the power went off in the room. It took them about another half an hour to monkey around what was going on. The maintenance guy or gal was clueless. I had to tell them to check the circuit breaker panel, which was the problem breaker tripped. 5. Towels dirty/stained. Disgusting. They must not know of the chemical bleach. 6. Shower Head was loose and sprayed water everywhere! 7. Shower ceiling was dirty with yellow stains. Gross. 8. There is no continental breakfast. 9. Overall, unless they're only vacancy in town, I'm not gonna be staying here anytime soon. 10. The coat rack is above the microwave – ridiculous - unusable.

Chris..staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and wonderfully large for 3 adults to fit comfortably. Location to Zion and Bryce worked perfectly and the area was beautiful.

Older Hotel in good order. Dog friendly. I was arriving late and the hotel phone went to an answering service that was nameless, so I was not sure I was getting through... the guy on duty has a different phone number so we had a bit of unsurety there, but it all worked out fine...

Nice beds and sheets. The rooms need to be refurbished with paint and certain amenities to make them more comfortable and hospitable. This is an old motel which needs a fix up although it is basically sound. Even a minimum do over would be nice. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the manager was friendly and helpful

Owner-manager is great. Facilities did not work so well. Refrigerator temperature control could not be adjusted and froze the food. Bathroom shower and sink leaked. Room was small.
