Check-in was a disaster. There is no on site. I received a text with the room number and door code. The door code didn't work, and a red error code was received. I had to wait ten minutes before I could try again, which resulted in another failed attempt, followed by another ten-minute wait. Finally, after trying four more times, I called the motel number and was given another code. After three more tries, requiring another 30 minutes, I called again and was assigned another room at the back of the motel, requiring a long walk around the back of the motel, with no direct access to the car. Since there are no carts, this would have us to carry our stuff to the room, which we couldn't do since we are old and I am 100% disabled. So, we went down the street to the Blue Pine Motel, where we got a very nice room from a real person at the front desk.
