Ground floor apartment on a family friendly intimate complex, with a large communal pool. Situated in a quiet residential area but still close to bars, restaurants and amenities.
The apartment is spacious, modern and tastefully furnished. There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/ hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. From the kitchen you enter into a spacious and open plan lounge/dining area with dining table which seats 4 as does the 2 comfortable leather sofas. The lounge benefits from free WIFI , TV with Premium Channel set top box, DVD player and iPod docking station

For guests wishing to rent a car during their stay, there is a dedicate secure car parking space under the complex.

The lounge area boasts full width patio doors leading directly onto a south facing covered patio, benefitting from outside furniture for alfresco dining. In addition, there are 4 loungers and a large sun terrace that leads down to the communal pool.

The property has air conditioning throughout along with ceiling fans. There are also electric wall heaters for cooler nights in winter should you need them. The master bedroom has a double bed with floor to ceiling wardrobes and additional bedside cabinets. The master bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. The second double bedroom has twin beds also with floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a safety deposit box to store valuables. There is a second bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The external communal area is paved around a large pool surrounded by shrubs and palm trees with an external shower and bathrooms .

The property is well situated in a quiet residential location, but close to bars, restaurants amenities and the old town. It is only a 5 minute walk to Tomb of the Kings Road with its wide variety of bars and restaurants and the world heritage site.

The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and there is a large Lidl supermarket on Tomb of the Kings Road. The new Paphos Mall is only a 10 minute walk. The harbour and Coral Bay (the best beaches on the west of Cyprus) can be easily accessed by a regular bus service on Tomb of the Kings Road. The old town is a 10 minute walk with a wide variety of shopping. It is a great spot for nightlife and has extensive range of restaurants with recently refurbished pedestrian squares. There is another bus service from the old town to Nicosia and Pissouri.

The nearest beach is only a 15 minute walk away. There is a beautiful 30-40 minute paved costal walk leading to Paphos Harbour.

We had a really good time here. The apartment has all you need and more, variety of kitchen utensils which I loved, two rooms and two bathrooms was a delight to have, and the communal pool was a cherry on a cake for our son’s fun time. The apartment location is very good, close to the beach, Lidl, bus stops and major attractions. The owner and the administrator were very helpful when we needed to sort an issue out. I really liked ut here and will most likely choose to stay here again

We stayed at Megas Alexandros for 10 days in late July into early August. As regular visitors to Cyprus (usually staying at Pafia 3), we decided to try something new and booked this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor apartment via Vrbo/Expedia — mainly for easy access as my aunt isn’t great with stairs. We arrived in the early hours, and although our sat nav took us to the side of the building (which made it a little tricky to find the entrance), once we got inside, we were really impressed. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more – plenty of utensils, gadgets, a big fridge freezer, washing machine, and a cooker. The living area had two leather sofas, a TV, DVD player, iPod stand, books, and games – a real home away from home. Both bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and both showers worked perfectly. The apartment felt secure with proper locks and shutters on all windows, and we were comfortable leaving personal items, even on the balcony. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and very close to the Tombs of the Kings. We did hire a car for exploring, but you could easily get by without one. The underground parking with a designated space and lift.The host and maintenance team were responsive and friendly. We’d happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved it here.First of all Neville is a great host. Always responds the same day and was nice enough to let us leave the app later as we had a later flight.It's exactly as shown on the pictrues, pool right outside the patio, AC in every room and roomy and light.Also very nice neighbours, quiet part of town, but very close to beaches restaurants and shops.We would absolutely book this again!

Lovely apartment

The Apartment was superb, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well stocked with utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery etcComfy beds (which is unusual) great sun loungers, amazing pool, ideal stepped shallow entrance for the less able.The only downside we experienced was very noisy residents above (permanent apparently) the noise of stomping, kittens crying, ping pong balls on ceramic which went on well into the night spoilt it a bit as sleep prepares us for the day ahead.A shame as otherwise, AMAZING PLACE!

Brilliant apartment

Could not fault the apartment. Very clean in an excellent location. Easy to park outside and close to bus stops if you needed them. With it being February, didn’t use the pool but it was being cleaned regularly despite no one else using it either.Upstairs residents were noisy all hours but obviously out of control of the host who we abs cannot fault. Would def book again!

Very nice owner and menager. We had a problem with unlocked entrance but the owner immediately repaired. Good place lovely apartment, comfortable, everything what we need in a room or kitchen we find out. Parking which was important was easy to keep car. Close everywhere. Will be nice to comeback to this same place. Good choice!

Pleasant accomodation with suffitient household appliances and equipment.The inner yard pool is real blessing during the hot days. Quite near to centre of the town and cost. Just one note: closed app.complex is certailnly not suitable for any late night loud discussions.

Great apartment, very clean. In walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. We had a slight problem with a lock which was sorted within hours with very good communication with the owner and property manager. Would stay there again.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Wir können die Ferienwohnung durchaus empfehlen. Ausreichend Platz und gut gelegen zum Pool. Kleine Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs und der FunktionsfĂ€higkeit einzelner sanitĂ€rer Anlagen, das lĂ€sst sich sicherlich noch optimieren. Bei Ankunft sind wir mit GetrĂ€nken und einem Imbiss ĂŒberrascht worden. Vielen Dank!
