The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used towels in a pile on the floor. Please collect all garbage and leave it outside by the front pillar inside the garbage bin.
Leave the windows open in both bedrooms, living room and the kitchen, shut off all air conditioners and leave the fans inside the house on lowest setting.
Lock the back door and front door, Put the key back in the lockbox and scramble the numbers. Send me a photo of the lock box with the key inside and another photo of the scrambled numbers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
