apartment has a shared entrance to an outdoor hallway with a gate. A
staircase leads to the basement floor where the apartment is developed.

furnishings and characteristic barrel vaults distinguish the apartment,
which consists of a living room with an open kitchen with induction
cooktop, double bedroom and full shower room.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms. There is a single sofa bed in the living room.

The complex Carraio Salentino is located in the center of Parabita, a beautiful and ancient town in the heart of Salento, 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and Baia Verde.
In the center of Parabita there are all the main service.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The flat is on the basement floor of a two units complex with shared entrance.
- There are cameras in the flats, that can be disabled on request.
