First room we were given had not been cleaned - second room the key did not work - then they did not give us wifi password - when I went to call the office, the phone did not work. And basically it was not as clean as it should been. Last year's stay was much better - after this year, probably will not be back.

We like having a full kitchen, it saves on going to a restaurant and we can eat healthier cooking plus we don't have to go out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator tends to stop at the second floor, but the doors don't open. You have to go up to the third and/or back down to the first and start over. The "continental breakfast" was less than desirable. Items like bagels, pop tarts, etc. were taken from original wrappers and then cut in half and re-wrapped in plastic wrap. I am against waist but what about the sanitary handling of food. Peanut butter, cream cheese, etc. were also repackaged into small containers.

Not very good.

The refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy and ran almost all the time - making sleep really hard. If you clean the coils at the bottom it would probably fix this and save electricity and prolong the life of the unit. Do all of them ! Buy the right brush for it and it is easy. And the breakfast was bleak - don't bother.

Very nice place to stay. Very quite and comfortable. Kitchen in suite was nice for someone that stayed longer than a night. Easy check in. Breakfast was good for us as we don't need much. Bagels, yogurt and coffee we good.

Hotel is great for the price. It was clean and the staff was exceptional. The main hallway carpets are a little old but the carpet in the room was very clean and nice. We didn’t have enough toilet paper. There was a bit left on the roll but they didn’t have an extra roll in the bathroom for us which was annoying. But overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay for the cost.

I got stuck on I-70, behind an accent for over 4-1/2 hours. I called to make the hotel aware that I would be coming in super late.They were awesome.They have somebody staffing the front desk 24/7 which was amazing because I was talking with somebody else who was stranded on the highway, and they said their hotel said, if they're not there by midnight, they're sol so a huge thank you to the front desk staff
