Booked in wrong building than what i was expecting, didn't kniw there were 2 so i ended up in a different one than last time i stayed. There was no body wash in bathroom and only 1 place setting in kitchen. No towels at pool buf i called and some were brought over. The room was smaller in thus building than the main one where i stayed last time.

Great place

Very nice place to stay. Close to Sight and Sound and many other sights to visit. Also very good restaurants. Would stay again. Also a few slot, games of chance. Breakfast was amazing

The room was very dirty with poor sound insulation. In 2023 we stayed at the same location but stayed in the Best Western hotel which was much better. I don’t recommend this property, though the Best Western hotel itself is okay. Love Lancaster and the location of this property is good. Next time will stay in a different hotel.

A wonderful place to stay!

I was completely surprised at how very nice this hotel is. We spend quite a bit of time in the Lancaster area, though this was our first time here. Indoor and outdoor pools. We used the indoor pool as it is early in the season and a rainy couple of days. Pool was chilly but not too cold. Loads of fresh towels ready as soon as you come out. Lounge chairs all around. A breakfast buffet comparable to that if a restaurant is included. Rooms are modern and fully updated. A personal kuerig is on the shelf waiting for you to make coffee with regular and decaf choices. Full size refrigerator and small glass top cooking elements and a large microwave are at your disposal to prepare a meal or snacks. Absolutely a best choice for anyone traveling in or around Lancaster. Great for an overnight or family vacation. A wonderful place to stay!

Had to book here one afternoon on the fly and stayed for one night. We were provided a room in an 'annex' building. The building is more like a 2-story motel facility and is kind of old, although they apparently have done some renovation to some of the finishes and built-in furniture. Unfortunately, it feels likely a fairly shoddy renovation, because so much of the base building needs renovation as well, and it becomes apparent next to, say, the newer LVT floors (e.g., rotting metal door frames, painted over textured wall finishes). The rooms a kind of small, so there wasn't much space to open even our two carry-on size travel bags. The room features a hotplate and a larger fridge, which is nonsensical considering the size of the room. More importantly, the hotel really fell down on cleaning. The room was frankly dirty. Initially, we found pubic hair on the bedspread, and then there was visible dirt on the floor edges, which were LVT. We had their staff come and clean this up. We left shortly after arriving for an event, and came back late. Only then did I realize that it looked like the shower had either been used previously by a very hairy person or they had cleaned the shower with a dirty mop on the walls. It was truly disgusting. We were too tired to do much about it, and we left as quickly as possible in the morning. The Hotel was apologetic but not much else; they attributed the issue to a shortcoming in their current cleaning operation.

Checked in at the main Best Western property to stay in the SureStay part. The key card didn’t work at first so we had to walk up to get a new one. Not a problem. The room was dirty and there was a used wet washcloth in the tub. The tub was obviously not clean and neither were the floors throughout the room. There was a urine smell on the bathroom. We cleaned the writhing in the bathroom to make sure we didn’t shower in anyone’s germs. The bathtub drain didn’t work well and had a clog - Very disgusting to shower in a hotel and have the water come up past your ankles. The kitchenette area was nice. The breakfast was GREAT, though. The pools and gym were also great features. It was also very quiet since not many people were staying at the SureStay. I most likely will not come back to this place for the lack of cleanliness of the room.

It was listed as a Lancaster hotel, which is true only in an extended sense. I was a half hour drive to Lancaster. I suppose this is partly my fault for not checking more closely where "Paradise" is. The breakfast was good, people working there were pleasant and courteous. The biggest problem was that we felt deceived. The property pictures make it look like hotel, when in reality half the rooms (including ours) are in a separate building, which is a converted motel. The room itself was clean and looked relatively redone, but it was clearly a 1950's motel conversion: the room was narrow and hard to get around in, with the sink outside the bathroom. The outside hallways were fairly dirty, looking like a 1950's motel. If we'd known we'd be getting a converted motel in a separate building, we'd never have stayed here.

For seven days our sleep bed sheets was never cleaned - they kinda put them on the bed. The bring new towels iffy and finally bought a tub mat - the last two days. Why - why - WHY are no towel hangs. This is AWFUL MISSING. The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!

This stay was horrible. This hotel does not have office. You have to go to different hotel to check in. This does not have elevator. This hotel does not have indoor pool or breakfast you have to go to different hotel to obtain this.

The staff were amazing and were very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and well appointed. No major issues, except a slight problem with the air conditioning, but staff immediately worked to correct. I highly recommend!
