Spacious bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa accommodating up to 6 guests.
The villa has a large private terrace, fenced-in with a lovely patio table and lounge chairs. Dine outside under the canopy or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Our villa faces the pool and is tucked away from the street.
Free wifi, a dishwasher, HD-TV, land line telephone (unlimited calls to US, Canada and the UK) and a safe to store your valuables.
We also own the villa next door, if you have a larger group and would like some additional space.
Pack and Play portable crib provided for a baby if needed. Other Baby/Toddler items also available for rental via BabyQuip: https://www.babyquip.com/kyrene132

The bedrooms have comfortable new mattresses and top quality linens.
A large master bedroom with a king-sized bed + a private en-suite bathroom.
A guest bedroom with the option for a king-sized bed or 2 twin-sized beds (let us know your preference) with a private en-suite bathroom.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room, with a queen-sized mattress.

The living room is spacious with a beautiful wooded cathedral ceiling.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a Bosch dishwasher.
Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.

We provide quality linens, large beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, one (5 gal.) bottle of water and propane for the BBQ.

There is a welcome binder in the villa with lots of information, including useful telephone numbers, suggestions for activities, restaurants and more.

The beach is spectacular! It is the real showcase: white sand and stretching for at least 3 km (1-3/4 mile), with crystal clear turquoise water. We provide 2 beach chairs but you may also rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach or via BabyQuip.

The villa is a short and easy walk to Cabbage beach. There is a great jogging path along Paradise Island Drive, stretching from the Atlantis Marina to the Ocean Club golf course.

On your way to the beach, you will see a lovely pond (with turtles and fishes), which is also a bird sanctuary.

You won't need a car as everything is in walking distance on Paradise Island, but if you do rent a car to explore New Providence Island, we have 2 private/reserved parking spaces just in front of the villa.

You will be a few steps away from Cabbage beach, a pond, restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, a local craft market, water sports at the beach, water taxis to Nassau and within walking distance of the world-class Atlantis Resort, with its casino, aquarium (one of the largest in the world), entertainment, water slides, gym, spa, basketball courts and luxury stores.

You will have access to most of the Atlantis facilities, but will need to buy day passes for the water park if you'd like to enjoy the pools and slides.

We will guide you for your groceries (where to go, and how to get there).
You may order your groceries on-line before you travel, and ask to have them delivered to the villa.

If you enjoy scuba diving, you'll be at an incredible spot! There is a fabulous dive centre on the South-West end of New Providence (Stuart Coves). The Company offers a free shuttle service that will pick you up and bring you back to Paradise Island. If you prefer to just snorkel, there are lots of tours operating off Paradise Island and Nassau, which will take you to 2-5 m of water to see a myriad of tropical fishes up close. All the information is included in the welcome binder in the villa.

Suggestions:
After dinner, take a walk to Marina Village at Atlantis, enjoy an ice cream while watching the luxury yachts or go window shopping. Marina Village is very animated at night, with live music.

Great location and home away from home

Kyrene's place is the perfect spot on Paradise Island. So close to the beach and without the 'big hotel' feel - the perfect home away from home. Kyrene has the unit stocked with everything you would need - beach towels, beach bags, games and a fully equipped kitchen and everything is very clean and tidy. The pool area is the perfect place to relax before or after the beach! I wish we could have stayed there longer. We will definitely book again when we come back.

We had a wonderful time while in Paradise Island. Our stay at Ocean Break Villas was perfect! Our host, Kyrene, made everything easy. The villa was spotless and filled with all needed amenities. The pool was directly outside our villa gate and was clean and private. The villa is a short walk to the beach and to delicious dining, shopping and groceries. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Kyrene was available for all our questions.

Best rental I have ever done!

All the comments and pictures all were so true. Kyrene was a wonderful host and beyond helpful. She even offered to help us go to the store with her. Contact was so easy with her and everything about the rental was perfect. When we return we will definitely look at staying again. Proximity to beach, food, Atlantis, boat rides all within walking.

AHmazing Experience!!!

I don’t know where to begin here… everything was perfection! We couldn’t have created a better stay. The location, amenities, space and the host were absolutely super. Kyrene is the best, she is so knowledgable about the Bahama Islands, this place is near everything you want and need for fun in the sun. The Bahamian experience was so full of laughs, beauty and everyone made us feel so welcomed! We celebrated our friends 35th here and we had five people from different states fly in for a flawless island experience. Thank you Kyrene for making our trip extra special, we cannot wait to come back to the Bahamas and stay here!

Great Villa, Great Location, Very easy check in, check out

We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was. The owners had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Prior to arrival, we got an email with taxi, diving, restaurant, and other beach activities suggestions. They were all great. Communications with the owners could not have been easier. This was our first time in the Bahamas and we will definitely go back and stay at Ocean Break with the same owners.

The kitchen had everything we needed for the light meals we cooked daily and Cabbage beach was only a short walk from the villa. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided and although there were bicycles and a golf cart available to rent, we did not utilize them since the walk was so convenient. We walked nightly to a variety of amazing restaurants like Dune, Nobu, Chop Stix, Olives and Anthony’s. We sang karaoke at Viola’s and bought day passes one day to the Atlantis water park. We dove with the sharks, swam with the pigs, and snorkeled the calm waters around the islands. Great vacation and would definitely recommend Kyrene and her villa!

Island retreat

The accommodation was better than advertised! The location is perfect and we walked to everything, no need for taxis or car. Cabbage beach is a short one block walk and Atlantis is 10 minute walk. We stayed for 10 nights in a nice quiet part of complex with the pool right outside our door. Plenty of room for the 2 of us,each having our own bathrooms. It would also be comfortable for 4 people. Dining out is VERY expensive but the kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most night. The villa has everything you need to relax and unwind after a beach day or sightseeing. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Kyrene is a wonderful host & is on top of everything. We hitched a ride with her to the grocery store which was very much appreciated. This was one of the best holiday homes we stayed in and Kyrene is top notch host Stay here you’ll love it.
