I've stayed there many times in the past, however this time it seemed most everyone I dealt with was very polite and accommodating. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We loved that it turned out to be within walking distance of the Aqua Cat which was the dive boat we came to the Bahamas for.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms are dated the bathroom seems old, for the price of hotel and fees charge the rooms needs to be updated.

Grounds lovely despite pool being renovated. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Staff helpful.

Rooms were just ok. Paradise Island- you feel safe and very high end. Overall a nice place. Good experience

Room smelled like mildew

No advance notice of pool repair
Posted Jan. 30, 2024 on HotelsThis was a mid-range option on Paradise Island and was fine except that the pool was under repair when we stayed. There was no advance notice of this. The hotel does have an arrangement with the Altantis Resort next door which was a substitute but it is a fair walk over there and not the same as having the pool available at the hotel.
