The room we received was quite run down—the carpets, sofa, and overall condition were disappointing. It was located on the first floor by the pool, so we could hear constant noise from the outdoor chairs, the bar, and the band. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, some lamps were out, and several plugs were broken. Considering the price, this was one of the most expensive rooms we’ve paid for, and it did not meet our expectations

The staff at the front desk. Managers and team Members Bronson, Vernita, and Calvin and the cleaning crew all was excellent can’t wait to visit again. Not to mention the property is safe with security and it’s a safe place to get away in quietness just to relax without disturbances

Resort itself can use some updating but the access to Atlantis makes it worth it 100%. Breakfast was surprisingly good, was fresh every day and the options changed slightly. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Worth the Savings

We really liked the close access to Atlantis and the ability to go to the Ocean everyday. We did find the rooms dated and could use some sprucing up but overall for the price we paid found it worth it. The staff are super helpful and nice and after our initial rooms had some problems they were really amazing about moving my family who had booked two rooms to new ones right away. And they called to check and make sure it was better. If you want to save on the giant price tag of rooms at Atlantis this is a great alternative for a fraction of the price. Just don't go into it expecting a Lexus for a Toyota price tag. Enjoy the trip and smiles with your kids. Well worth the savings in my opinion.
