Welcome to paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a stone's throw from Atlantis, the gem of Paradise Island, only a short taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Location is on the ground floor, the villa is steps to the pool, beach and has a terrific ocean view. Please note if your time is not available or you wish more space we have 2 additional villas at Sunrise Beach- 1 more 2 bedrooms # 270400 and 1 3 bedrooms # 1290 on VRBO. Please message if needed. 9a - 2 bedroom is a second level villa overlooking the pool and 15 - 3 bedroom is a 2 level villa.

This Villa has been renovated and has Indian/Tropical style furnishings. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, premium linens and smart TVs. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has two Single beds which can be put together to form a King size bed if desired.
The living area has comfortable furniture, with pull out sofa bed and smart TV.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Onsite you have Viola’s, which provides meals, bar service and live entertainment (including karaoke).
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short stroll down Casino Drive with access to the casino, restaurants, marina village and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis or online. There is a wonderful comedy club at Atlantis.

For your convenience, this villa has a central air conditioning system and supplemental ductless systems for optimal comfort. Laundry access is provided. Your beach is under 60 seconds away with powdery sand along a turquoise ocean. Please reserve today. We look forward to providing true Bahamian Hospitality!

Great except for closure of Violas restaurant on site.

Found what I was looking for. Safe, clean and beautiful beach. Stairs for upper levels kept us fit. An option of an elevator would be perfect. Closure of Violas resataurant was disappointing. Weather was lovely. View of ocean from the balcony was lovely. John did everything he could to make this visit good.Linda

Wonderful Stay

The location was great. Walked out of the rental and just a very little walk to the beach. The view from the rental was the beach. My family not only enjoyed the beach but also relaxed at the pool. It was wonderful. We also got to walk over to Atlantis. After the day at the beach, we decided to grab some ice cream and got some from the Shake Shack at Atlantis. What an experience! Even got to see a proposal at the beach one night and on another day, a wedding on the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful time for a family with teens

We just got back from our first time in the Bahamas. The Sunrise Beach Resort Villas were an amazing place for a decent price. Right on the beach. My family and I felt very safe and had the most wonderful experience thanks to the help of Donella and her husband Ravin, who were very nice, and easy to communicate with. Always quickly responsive. Walking distance to Atlantis, and a few restaurants. The restaurant on site, Violas, the food and vibe were very delightful and also reasonable. We had an amazing time and I would recommend this to anyone with 3 kids. I just wish I could of spend more time there.

On the beach

Great weather, close to Atlantis, restaurant and bar onsite, beach just behind pool deck...about 30 stair steps down to beach. Ocean water was super clear. Fun in the Sun. Villa was clean. Grounds could use a pressure cleaning. Yes...we would come back. Our manager took us to and from airport /grocery store. Had a great time.

Five Plus Stars

We could not have asked for a better vacation. First of all John and the property managers were so friendly and accommodating. We had transportation waiting for us thanks for Donielle. She and her husband were the best host. They were so kind to drive us to our dinner locations. ( of course we paid them). So much nicer to pay them versus a taxi. The property was clean and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Viola’s restaurant was delicious! I can’t wait to come back and bring our kids.

Excellent Property!

We stayed for 7 days and had a great time. the ammenities were great, very cozy. The location is perfect, it was very quiet in the villas and even down on the beach it felt like most days we had the whole beach to ourselves, it is just far enough awau from the ammenities to be quieter, but close enough you can choose to interact with the busier sections of the island. Property manager and owner both were very respinsive and helpful. The local manager and his eife were great, they made sure we had adequate drinking water and also offered to drive us yo fuether locations if needed. Will be staying here again.

Great place

Enjoyed our stay. Viola’s was great, all the staff were wonderful and fair prices! Easy access and proximity to the beach. Used gate code and stairs to walk down. Down the beach was a short walk to dunes (great food and elegant vibe) and a short walk in opposite direction was beach venders selling drinks, souvenirs and water experiences. Beds were very comfortable, nice and firm! Bedrooms were nice and dark and stayed cool. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bring kpods! Comfortable couch. Plenty of towels.15 min walk to small island grocery store and harbor side restaurants. Felt safe as 2 women walking around. No bugs at all around the island in early May. John was a great communicator and helped us with anything we needed. Unit had chairs to bring to beach and toys and floats for the kids. Only issue was with miscommunication with security guard when we first got there.

Run don’t walk away from this “affordable” property on the beach. It’s location and the fact that it’s on the beach are really the only good qualities this property has. The photos and description claiming that the unit is updated are a complete lie. Many things such as the kitchen cupboards, shower doors, and the king bed frame in the master bedroom are completely busted.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Sunrise. It is a good location and far more affordable than Atlantis. This unit is nice though I would suggest some decluttering as it is quite small. The patio especially needs fewer pieces of furniture. Maybe two white lounge chairs and a table. Move the grill to another location. Atlantis is a 15 minute walk. And you can walk to the bridge pretty easily. Violas is a great location. Food is pretty average. I liked the beach the most. Quite close and great for walks.

Comfy villa right on the beach

The villa is conveniently located right on the beach. Just walk two mins and you are on the beach. There is a nice restaurant on the property. However, the closet grocery store is 10min walk. There were beach chairs and plenty of towels for us to enjoy the beach. The kitchen had all the pans and pots that we needed. The place was clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for the overall rating is because we ran out of drinking water in the water cooler the last day of our stay.

Amazing Location with stunning views

Everything from checking in to the communication with John was perfect. The condo is very spacious. Had everything we needed. Tons of activities on Cabbage Beach. I highly recommend Sandy Toes Pig experience. We will absolutely visit again! The locals were ver friendly. Violas on-site was also perfect!

Great Property!

This property was a great find for us! We stayed in unit 12 and loved that we had a lot of space for our family of five within the unit as well as immediate access to the beach. The beach and pool area never felt crowded. This was a great value and we could easily walk to Atlantis, the marina village, and other areas of interest on Paradise Island. John’s communication was great so we felt very prepared for our stay and getting around upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and great location

For our kid's spring break, we chose to check out Atlantis without the craziness of Atlantis, so we booked this condo for 7 nights. The condo itself is cozy with two beds and two bathrooms plus a couch that folds out into another bed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in all our meals. After the first day of $200 lunch (with a few cocktails included) and about 2 hours of sitting at a restaurant table, we decided we would cook all our meals. There are a few grocery stores to choose from with varying levels of expense. It is helpful to bring a bunch of staples with you in your suitcase to help reduce the grocery bill. The condo is steps away from the most beautiful beach you will ever see, and it wasnt very crowded. Atlantis was about a 20 minute walk on the roads and about a 10 minute walk back along the beach. FYI - if you rent a car in Nassau, everyone drives on the left side of the road so be prepared to mentally flip everything you know if you are an American driver. John was a great host, very responsive to all my questions during our stay. We will stay here again.
