The inside of the villa was great the outside needs a tidy up overgrown weeds odd bits of wood laying around only a quick fix but wasn’t done

Great Villa, Great Pool but needs some better care

Overall great location with easy access to beach and all places of interests in the area. A couple of notes however that could make the stay better and be easily fixed: - building is showing some age and with some minor repairs can look more appealing - Ceiling fan didn't work in upstairs bedroom which made the night difficult without AC (we don't like to sleep with AC). We did receive a standing fan about 3-4 days into our stay - We were told and asked not to make any partying noise while the adjacent/neighboring villa had very loud parties deep into the night (around 3-4am). - The terraces which are nice to have are not usable without shades in the summer as tend to get way too hot to enjoy - Shutters would provide better light - heat - noise protection but there aren't any in the building. Noise insulation is needed as adjacent road is used to service nearby hotels which gets busy very early in the morning + there is a public parking area right next to the property. - Property manager (while attends to requests through vendors) does not respond directly to inquiry so we don't know if any actions are taken until someone actually shows up. This would be just common courtesy. Overall great property in a convenient location with amazing pool but could use a little more attention. Recommend for families with older children who are able to swim as pool is fairly deep.
