On the upper floor Protaras Villa Kalimera features the master bedroom with en-suite showe and double bed, a second double bedroom and twin as well as the family bathroom. With 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, Villa Kalimera can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and there is also available a baby cot and high chair on request.
The whole outside area is fully decked and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. The BBQ is very well thought of and the LED lights around the pool create a very nice atmosphere for your evening parties.
Protaras Villa Kalimera is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 300 meter radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Fint och rent hus med alla bekvÀmligheter. Vi car dÀr under höstlovet och dÄ var det vÀldigt lugnt i omrÄdet vilket vi uppskattade. Lite lÄngt till mataffÀrer om man inte hade bil men finns bra möjligheter att nÀthandla vilket vi gjorde. Det funkade utmÀrkt.
Wir haben zu Saisonende zwei Wochen als Familie im Haus verbracht. Die Umgebung ist sehr eng bebaut, in der Nebensaison war das aber weniger problematisch, weil nicht alle HĂ€user in der Umgebung belegt waren.
Das Haus ist sehr gut und umsichtig eingerichtet, auch die KĂŒche ist zum Kochen gut ausgestattet. Der herrliche, extrem gepflegte Strand ist zehn Minuten zu FuĂ entfernt, die Bushaltestelle fĂŒnf Minuten. Wir sind hervorragend ohne Mietwagen ausgekommen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war freundlich, verbindlich und schnell.
Das Einzige nicht so Schöne war, dass die Wasserpumpe auch nachts in unregelmĂ€Ăigen AbstĂ€nden den Tank auf dem Dach nachfĂŒllt. Das ist in einem der Schlafzimmer nachts sehr laut, in den anderen immer noch laut. Wer da empfindlich ist, braucht Ohrenstöpsel.
