The property is in need of reparation. For the amount one pays per night, simple maintenance should not be overlooked. The name suggests a high-end hotel, which did not live up to my expectations. There are cheaper hotels in better state. Also, staying there for 10 nights, only 2 small bottles of water were shared, no perks of any kind.

The food was horrible and restaurant staff insensitive. Breakfast was included in my package but i was unable to partake due to the the quality or insufficient amount prepared. I ordered dinner the first evening but was unable to eat it since what was advertised on the menu and ordered was not delivered. No soap was provuded on two of the days, even when asked. I will not recommend this property to anyone especially at the prices advertised

Very disappointed with the facility. Assigned a room with a shower stall that had no door, resulting in water all over the floor when showering. When I complained, maintenance said that the door broke and there was no replacement. I had to tolerate this for my 8-day stay. The floor was dirty and needed mopping which never happened. Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel and no bell support. Quite a challenge and long wait to get THE luggage cart to transport luggage to the room. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Convenient to downtown shopping

It was very difficult to get basic amenities such as towels - face, hand, and bath towels. Had to ask every day in order to get a set of towels. Sometimes you asked and still did not get them. Hotel is poorly maintained. When you take a shower water leaks through the sliding doors and on to the floor. Air condition gave the room a stale, damp, moldy odor and had to open the doors to the balcony to get some fresh air.

Hotel Krasnapolsky is always a good option for location and comfort. The price is always great. And I will Highly recommend there for anyone with a low budget but is seeking comfort and safety.

Great location in Downtown Paramaribo but beds not comfortable and pillows not comfortable at all. Breakfast not enough variety or fresh and coffee tasted nasty. Dissatisfied with having to pay to use restrooms downstairs in the hotel and having to pay for local calls. We were told that local calls were free. Suggestions: better mattress and pillows, better coffee, offer local food for breakfast

Nice hotel at center of town and friendly staff.

We like the hotel mainly because it is so centrally located. It is walking distance to almost every points of interest in Paramaribo. The hotel offered most of the need of the general guest. Almost all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Our experience in staying at the hotel has been very positive and we will definitely return to this hotel.

don't book this hotel

the hotel is perfectly located and has a great pool. the hotel staff is very unfriendly and room cleaning will clean out your room. I had money stolen from my room and when we told the hotel management they stated they would look into this. Then their story changed 4 different times in regards to the security cameras. They told us they had all entrees to the room on camera but after we filed a police report and the police told us that this was common in that hotel, the hotel management team stated that the cameras where of during that time. when the police came to the hotel they said they had the camera images but needed a warrent before they would allow the police to check. thebfact that the hotel itself did not do any verification is suspicious. after we filed the police report the hotel staff actually became hostile. any question was to much and we where told to sit it out. clearly they did not like a police report and potentially reviewing the images would oncover a lot of shady activity that goes on in the hotel. I also stayed a couple of nights at the marriot which was awesome with great service and staff but the krasnapolsky will never see me of my family again...

Great location, Landmark hotel

The staff was wonderful, hotel is in the heart of downtown Paramaribo.
